I always order from there. Sadly, my experience on March 15 was HORRIBLE. In fact, 2 people were working & they weren't good at all. The portion was really really small & the chicken was raw

The meals come in a compostable bowl with a base of rice or lettuce & then you choose your choice of fresh vegetables & chicken & sauce. It's a tasty alternative for fast food.
The serving area was incredibly clean. Not a speck. I enjoyed my meal. My only complaint was the sound. The extraction fan was pretty noisy.
I went for the first time & the manager recognized that right away & assisted with the order. Got the Volcano chicken on poutine & ranch sauce. The poutine was really good but would have been better if the chicken I paid for was on it, it was not.
It was busy at the time (12:30 pm) & errors can happen but I recommend you check your order before leaving.

I love this place. Their chicken bowl is my biggest craving. Their portions, flavors definitely justify the prices. We eat poulet rouge pretty much every 2nd week.
Their staff is very well trained & they are fast.Shoutout to the tall guy with the glasses I think he's the manager. Umm he's the best. Once by mistake I ordered something else thn my usual(Oopsie). He replaced it with what I wanted.
Idk why there's negative comments. Because for me & all of my friends & coworkers this is the best place to eat on a random Tuesdays or Friday evenings. I've never heard anyone saying negative about this restaurant.

Awesome Chipotle-like experience but upgraded. More options for toppings. They only have chicken for the protein though. Generous portions for a reasonably low price. The only knock I have is they give out cheap wooden spoons that don't really work.
This place has been on my list for a long time! A healthier takeout option. I tried two chicken flavors-lemon & BBQ sweet-both were delicious. The tzatziki & guacamole were tasty, the lettuce was fresh, & the quinoa was great. I'll definitely be back to try more!
Food was delicious, fresh ingredients & chicken was so juicy, flavorful & tender. Staff were excellent, smiling & fast! I've been to other poulet rouge locations but this one just hits differently ! I had to take another bowl to go! Definitely coming back for more!

We visited the restaurant on Friday at 10 PM, just an hour before closing, & had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly polite, & we were impressed by the generous portion sizes. A special shoutout to the girl who prepared the chicken-it was absolutely outstanding! This was, without a doubt, the best bowl I've ever had, & possibly the best meal of my life! Highly recommend this place!!
I had chicken poutine, the chicken was dry & the BBQ sauce was not very flavorful. The fries were undercooked, for poutine this was really disappointing. The gravy had a mild taste. The cheese was good tho.
