I always order from there. Sadly, my experience on March 15 was HORRIBLE. In fact, 2 people were working & they weren't good at all. The portion was really really small & the chicken was raw
Honestly every time I order from this location, it never fails. 10/10 taste & always full to the brim. I've tried other locations but I'm so glad to be closest to this one !!

The serving area was incredibly clean. Not a speck. I enjoyed my meal. My only complaint was the sound. The extraction fan was pretty noisy.

The worst customer service experience I placed my order waited 20 minutes & when I asked they said I didn't pay for my order. which I did & never got it & when I asked where's my food they said I didn't pay & I showed them the receipt & they it's not paid & can't find the order. Really bad the employee is working like she doesn't wanna help.
I ordered a Rouge Bowl through Uber Eats, & when I received it, I noticed there wasn't even a full scoop of rice inside. I've ordered many bowls before, & this is the first time I've experienced this. I was really disappointed to spend my money on a bowl that barely had any rice at all. Definitely not the portion I'm used to or expected.

I went for the first time & the manager recognized that right away & assisted with the order. Got the Volcano chicken on poutine & ranch sauce. The poutine was really good but would have been better if the chicken I paid for was on it, it was not.
It was busy at the time (12:30 pm) & errors can happen but I recommend you check your order before leaving.
My two boys always gets it from here. One always gets it after hitting the gym after doing 30 minutes cardio. One I have funds saved up for him to buy poulet rouge. He loves the extra spicy mayonnaise.
