I placed an order through Uber Eats. They don't provide the extra sauces i purchased separately & the chicken was lowkey dry as hell. Usually it's not like this.

Last time I ate here was months ago & I said to myself never again. I made the mistake & cane in today. Even worse.
The Owner or the manager need to look in the mirror & find out why these employees are so unhappy. All 10 of them look angry & miserable. Underpaid?

You literally have the ingredients to make a plate that is 3 times tastier. But When it is made with an angry attitude; it tastes like garbage. Let me prove it to you:

1- rice is cold not warm. Should be very hot. Shouldn't get cold within 2 mins of sitting down at your restaurant.

2- chicken is cold (every time). The idea to grill, sit aside then warm is clearly not working well for you. Chicken is disgusting if it is not served hot. Hot not warm (if you care enough to serve delicious food)

3-toppings. Line was clean to be fair. But the cooks are angry making it. Throwing the toppings with zero effort to nicely place toppings one by one without mixing & dumping them like mixing concrete. It is not only to make the plate look better. The taste does change when you dump toppings ob top of each other versus placing them aside & perhaps the cheese aside not right under the chicken.

I have 8 years experience cooking in restaurants. & I will never eat at this location (or any other poulet rouge for that matter). I am paying money I shouldn't feel like I'm at a shelter asking for free food.

It is a shame because the place has a potential. It can be a delicious healthy option.
