My fiancé & I went for my birthday, the ambiance & restaurant is nice however the service was not good.
We both ordered steaks, I asked for mine to be well done & it came to me rare. No waiter came to check on how the food was, after spending almost 10 minutes trying to signal down a waiter, they graciously replaced it. However, when it came back it was burnt on the outside & completely rare on the inside again.
I wasn't going to send it back a second time so I ate the extremely tiny portion of potatoes & vegetables (which reduced in size when they brought me a second steak) & I waited almost 20 minutes, not a single waiter asked how the food was or came to check on it. Finally I just told my finance to eat my steak, because I was getting really hungry & wanted to leave to buy food elsewhere
At the end, when a waiter finally came around to clear the plates- I very directly told them my experience & they said'oh I can get you a dessert' we declined & left. The manager was aware of this, at least 3 of the waiters were aware, no one cared at all.
We get steaks often when we go out & compared to other places & for a $200 dinner, I had higher expectations.
It honestly felt that it was over priced & not worth it- especially because of how poor the service was

From the very moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for something special. The panoramic views of Montreal? Unreal. Like,'Am I in a postcard?' kind of unreal! The rotating floor adds an extra touch of ✨magic✨-you get to enjoy the city skyline from every angle without even lifting your chair. Lazy? No. Classy? Absolutely!
Now let's talk food-because honey, these plates weren't just meals, they were edible art installations. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted, gorgeously presented, & bursting with authentic Portuguese flavors. Rich, delicate, bold, & heartwarming all at once. Don't come here expecting chicken nuggets or salmon poké bowls-Portus 360 is strictly Portuguese & proud of it. If you're vegan, you might want to give them a ring first to see what plant-based options they can magic up.
A little heads up: the portions are on the smaller side, but every bite is a flavor-packed masterpiece. It's quality over quantity, darling! & the drinks? Smooth, sophisticated, & dangerously easy to sip. The wine list was a dream & the dessert? Sweet heavens! I'd write sonnets about that custard tart.
But wait-let's give the true stars their standing ovation:
Emile, Omar, & Melody-you absolute legends! Emile & Omar made us feel like royalty, with service so attentive it felt like they were reading our minds (psychic waiter powers?). Melody? A ray of sunshine with sass, smarts, & the kind of charm that makes you want to ask her to join your table. These three didn't just serve us-they made the evening unforgettable.
So yes, it's a little pricey. But come on, you're not just paying for food-you're paying for a rotating skyline view, a masterclass in Portuguese cuisine, & service that could melt the iciest heart.
Would we come back? Try & stop us!
Would we recommend it? Only to people who like amazing food, great wine, top-tier service, & watching Montreal twinkle as the world spins slowly beneath your feet.

I really liked the view from the restaurant!! The service was very good, my server was Metzy & he gave me really nice & helpful recommendations for drinks & food. I loved the caldo verde!!! 🍲🤤🤤 it was very delicious & absolutely when I back to Montreal, Porto is going to be in my list!!. Thank you everyone!!.

Great experience. We had a business dinner here & it was quite nice. Our server was very good & helpful. Food is not spectacular but quality is high. The seabass special was very well prepared & cooked well.
Menus dégustation, c'est un certain prix mais ça vaut clairement le coup, avec des produits très qualitatifs & des recettes très bien réalisées, des goûts & assaisonnements bien marqués (la pasteis de nata était aussi bonne que les meilleures qu'on trouve au Portugal, clairement un gage de qualité !)
Les serveurs étaient souriants & très professionnels.
Le cadre incroyable avec la plateforme tournante pour profiter d'une vue 360 de Montréal.
Nous étions là pour un anniversaire & vous avez rendu ce moment mémorable, merci !

Adorable, gentille, charmante, souriante, bref un plus de 300% pour le restaurant. & en plus elle nous a parlé de l'autre restaurant de la Cheffe & je vous assure que nous allons y aller. From start to finish, our visit to Portus 360 was simply outstanding. The food was exquisite, each dish was beautifully presented & full of rich, authentic flavors. The atmosphere was equally stunning, with breathtaking panoramic views that made the experience even more memorable.
However, what truly elevated our evening was the impeccable service. A huge thank you to Emile & Omar, who were our waiters for the night. Their professionalism, attentiveness, & warm hospitality made us feel truly special. They went above & beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making our meal even more enjoyable.
C'était excellent le service l'ambiance & la cuisine étais extraordinaire.Il avais plein de goût dans ma bouche en même temps.Le repas que j'ai commander est un plateau de fruit de mer & pour le dessert c'était le choix du chef.
Nous sommes venus au Portus pour y manger le midi. La formule proposée était excellente. J'ai adoré la salade de pétoncles. Elle était vraiment fraîche & bien assaisonnée. Le plat principal était également délicieux. La viande & les légumes étaient parfaitement préparés. & quoi de mieux que finir le repas sur une touche sucrée? :) nous avions opté pour les mignardises. J'ai eu un gros coup de coeur pour la petite pasteis de nata.
Le restaurant est très beau, j'ai aimé le concept de plateau tournant pour profiter de la vie panoramique. Les serveurs étaient très professionnels & aux petits soins.
Je reviendrai au Portus pour un autre repas, c'est certain! :)

Food was finger-licking good & thank you to Antoine for making sure we had a great time with his excellent service. All the staff was professional & responsive to our needs.
