Good food, great view, mediocre service. Only issue we had was the maitre d'. While paying the bill, I skipped the tip part on the card machine. After the payment was made, the maitre d' looked at the receipt then stared at us & angrily said: no tip ? You should leave a tip. The situation was awkward & made us feel uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a 20 dollar bill as a tip. Didn't expect this would happen in an upscale restaurant. Yes tips are essential but I was not happy with the service & I should not be pushed towards leaving one. & the maitre d' should not have been staring at the card machine the way she did. The situation was uncomfortable & unprofessional, it ruined our dinner ! You have your tip now but you lost a customer for life.

It was a super lovely restaurant. Great view, great food. The turning restaurant is not super noticeable. It's a very cool experience, it's a must see. I'd recommend going there to see the sunset.

The staff was polite, they answered any questions we had about the menu & they gave good wine recommendation to go with the food. The food was very good & we had a killer view of the city. Will recommend this place anytime
The view was amazing, as expected. I didn't like my main course, & the dessert (all beautifully plated though). I will definitely go back for their fried squid & to try other options from the menu.
Never again & I'm Portuguese we were 5 people. First time & we were very very disappointed service was pathetic the food was awful ))! I ordered clams & pork I had four clams & 4 pieces of pork & six potatoes $40 my wife had Mariscos which is rice & Seafood the lobster tail was an inch long there was two shrimps about half an inch long there was a little bit of squid & it was very poor quality my friends had bacala her son had steak it was not that not bad! for Portuguese restaurant the service was slow but yet overstaffed so I don't know what they were doing service was slow the decoration well outdated ! & boring & yes the view wow! so I paid $200 to see a view! I don't think the servers know what they're doing anyways overrated never go there again not even for the view not worth it
Yesterday evening, my boyfriend & myself had gone out for a nice Friday dinner date. With that said, we were craving to have a nice Portuguese meal, therefore, we decided to go to Portus 360.
Our evening started with a very beautiful view, however, the view was not enough of an experience due to the horrible service & food we received. Our waiter seemed as if he was not trained properly for this kind of restaurant. He was very lost, took forever to take our order & never came to refill our water, which is the bare minimum. Also, when giving our waiter that "impatient stare" that we would like to place our order, he stared right back at us & walked away...we FINALLY ordered after 1 hour. This is a rotating restaurant that takes 2 hours to do a full turn; this is how long it felt to get our food to the table.
Food finally arrives, we started with the stuffed calamari (squid), nothing special, it was OK. As a main, my boyfriend had the steak with the cracked egg on top, it was very good. However, on my end, my meal was not so great. I had the Mahi Mahi, it was very salty & smelled VERY fishy. I'd like to mention, that I am Portuguese, & I normally go to a Portuguese restaurant for a good plat of fish. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE.
My boyfriends plate was clean, I on the other hand left half the fish uneaten, but ate the vegetables because I was so hungry. I mentioned to the waiter that the fish was too salty & that I couldn't eat it. He said that he would mention it to the chef. We are now 2 hours into the service, & at this point we really were not happy & just wanted to leave. I asked him for the bill. I see him mentioning to the chef that the plate was not appetizing...he comes back with the bill without anything being said. I presume it was the manager who then came with the machine for us to pay, we paid our $150 + TIP meal. Waiter then walks by to retrieve his Merchant copy of the bill from the manager, looks at us & walks away. AT NO POINT DID HE THANK US, APOLOGIZE FOR MY MEAL, & WISH US A GOOD EVENING.
Today is Saturday, & I truly regret even giving this waiter a tip as it was not deserved. Also, I believe that this restaurant is TRULY not worth the price or the so called "experience" I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone.
