Fresh & Quality ingredients, portabella delivers value as an excellent dining experience with the perfect seasoning of service. Definitely worth the drive off island to Hudson, I would recommend calling ahead to reserve as is already a staple for many locals!Voir plus

My experience here was really amazing. I've never had a better Beef Tartare than what I was served at this restaurant. The service was also top-notch, the staff is so kind & friendly. Rarely can I say that a dining experience was perfect, but I can absolutely say that about Portabella. If you get a chance to come experience the exceptional food, staff & ambiance, be sure not to pass it up. I wish I was local so I could come once a week. Such a phenomenal spot!Voir plus

Premièrement nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant d'avoir quelque chose à boire & il a fallu le demandé car personne venait nous offrir quoi que ce soit. Une autre heure avant d'être servie. J'ai pris la soupe au chou-fleur qui était vraiment trop épicée sans être mentionné & le risotto très très pâteux aucun crémeux & très mauvais. Aucun pain sur la table . N'a pas fait goûter le vin avant de servir , les coupes à vin étaient très chaudes . Nous étions un groupe de 18 personnes peut être pas fait pour recevoir de grandes tablées.
Service was subpart, took 30-45 for the server to come to us for drinks, we had to ask him to come. Every time they fills the water they were grabbing the glass too close to the rim. The food was Russian roulette; 1-The mushroom cream was really good 2-Cesar salad great 3-Cauliflower soup a bit spicy with no warning, but good. 4-Fillet mignon good, but didnt ask for the level of cooking 5-Lobster pasta good, but expensive for the little lobster in it(shredded lobster, no big pieces) 6-Risotto was too thick, not good
Meal was great! The one star review I read below is a little silly tbh. The owner was not doing a comedy stand up routine, but was attentive & kind. We pay for good food & service...not a theatre show lolVoir plus
