Olynicks Fish Market and Bistro is a local family business in the heart of the Saint-Sauveur village, located in the Laurentians.

Such an amazing experience at Olynicks. From the food to service, everything was top notch. I am from Vancouver & surprise the seafood platter we got here is actually better than the West coast. Highly recommend the grilled Octopus, it was done to perfection & the pepper puree matched flawlessly. Definitely will come back & try out other dishes.View more
