Olynicks Fish Market and Bistro is a local family business in the heart of the Saint-Sauveur village, located in the Laurentians.
We are three young entrepreneurs whose goal is to offer an experience that is well worth a visit.

via LibroFirst visit last night to this wonderful, family owned restaurant. Food was superb, service was super, owners are lovely people who are doing everything to make their business a success. Highly recommend checking them out, the calamari & the crispy shrimp are scrumptious, the lobster is perfection & the vibe is fantastic. Cherry on top: a really nice wine for a very reasonable price.

La fraîcheur des produits, leur apprêt, sans oublier un service sympathique de grande qualité. À découvrir pour ceux qui ne l'on pas déjà fait, & y retourner pour ceux qui apprécient les bons plats de la mer, à partager en bonne compagnie dans une ambiance tranquille.
