Olynicks Fish Market and Bistro is a local family business in the heart of the Saint-Sauveur village, located in the Laurentians.

Mathew, the owner-chef knows the art of cooking & preparing sea food! great tasting, & well presented dishes. our anniversary supper out was a true success!!! we recommend Les Olynick's & rate them 5 STAR!!!
