Olynicks Fish Market and Bistro is a local family business in the heart of the Saint-Sauveur village, located in the Laurentians.
We are three young entrepreneurs whose goal is to offer an experience that is well worth a visit.

The server was very rude & didn't seem like she wanted to work.
When we arrived, I mentioned that we were three (the table was set for two), & she quickly interrupted me with impatience saying that she knows.
I saw her roll her eyes a few times.
She always looked annoyed & unhappy.
The food was great.
via LibroDéçue d'un peu tout. Le prix est TRES chère, petite portion, pas mauvais mais pas bon non plus. Ambiance loin de l'hôtellerie, pour être Bistro, c'est très Bistro. Manque un peu de classe pour les prix demandés. Ce fut notre première & dernière fois.

via LibroAll the diners agreed that the food was very good. Why did I give a 1 for service? The waiter had to be reminded to bring another bottle of water, to bring a beer that had been ordered, & to bring one of the dishes. We were not offered bread but upon request did get some. Fries were not brought as an aside to a dish but rather as a dish on its own. The white wine was not sufficiently chilled.

Fraicheur, bon service, superbe terrasse chauffée avec rideau de style semi opaque qui ne nous fait pas sentir confinés.
Une très belle expérience encore une fois. Bravo à Mathew & Alexandra.

bouteille vin blanc chaude - calmars grillés ... +++ trop de chorizo & calmars non grillés - ceviche avec de gros morceaux de bar baignant dans l'huile,
& sans goût - au moins excellent dry mart ... désolé, mais je ne retournerai pas chez vous

Très bel acceuil sur la terasse avec notre gentille serveuse, quoique un peu bruyant à cause de la rue passante. La nourriture était délicieuse avec son vin en accompagnement & les huîtres en entrée.
À recommander !
