Dans l'ensemble Pointe Claire Deli est largement appréciée pour son ambiance chaleureuse, son menu brunch et ses portions généreuses, avec de nombreux convives qui louent des plats comme les huevos rancheros, les pommes de terre écrasées, le toast à l'avocat avec halloumi et les plats de poulet frit, ainsi que le service convivial et l'ambiance détendue lorsque le personnel est efficace. Cependant, de nombreuses critiques signalent des difficultés pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants, l'absence de chaises hautes et de tables à langer, des règles restreignant les poussettes et des cabines étroites; le service peut être inégal et les prix peuvent sembler élevés par rapport à la valeur, bien que d'autres louent la qualité et l'ambiance et disent qu'ils reviendront.
My wife & I came to Montreal for the a few days from Toronto, on our way back we decided to stop for breakfast/lunch & I must say we were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the staff were friendly. The only disappointment was not finding this place sooner on our trip. Next time we come back to Montreal we know where to stop!
P.S the smashed potatoes are 10/10!

WOW! Excellent service, unique atmosphere & food is beyond awesome. This place wins the title of the best breakfast potatoes I've ever ate in my entire life!
First time here: staff is friendly & welcoming, music is good & the food was amazing (I had the avo & pico egg benedict). Fresh & flavorful. Will definitely come back!

I cannot say enough about this place. If you know it, you know it. The food never disappoints. It has THE BEST fried chicken, the most amazing'smashed potatoes' & Sebastian is always there, keeping the place groovy. They always play the best tunes, & the décor is reminiscent of a classic Seattle-like spot. It's my first choice for breakfast & lunch on the West Island, hands down. I'm grateful that we have this kind of gourmet gem here. Thanks to the owner for keeping it real!
I've been to the deli maybe a dozen time in the past few years. Since having a baby, I was disappointed with their service. We were 4 adults & my 13 month old (super calm), we were told we had a 20 min wait, that's fine. However we were asked to wait outside (even if in May it was quite cold). There was a booth with a friend of mine that was about to leave & we weren't able to stay there & at the bar to wait for a place to open up (no one else was waiting for a table at the time). I've loved my time spent at the deli in the past, but will not be coming back after this experience.
Great experience & great food. I can't believe I've been living in the West Island since 1977 & it's the first time I go! First off as being Vegan & have to drive 45-1 hour to Montreal to get half a portion & tasteless Tofu scramble is over effective today.
Great portions not cheap at all!
Great service & staff always smiling !
My friends that had the lumberjack breakfast could even finish it & I had a challenge to finish my tofu scramble.
Btw they serve breakfast all day from 9-3.
Looking forward to Sunday, can't wait!

So sad! I love this place for brunch
They make my favorite potato! I came with my parents for my first Mothers day to enjoy my favorite brunch but they refuse me because I had a stroller they didnt want to accommodate me with my baby! The server tell me that we dont accepte stroller its a rule! Thats its sad! Why humains make ridiculous rule! Please next time just give a explanation why we can not have stroller & be gentle!
Very pleasantly surprised by the food - delicious!!! Friendly service,even though we arrived minutes before the kitchen closed. Will definitely make this a regular stop when we come from Alexandria (Ontario) to pick someone up at the airport.
