Un bar 5 étoiles, un resto 4 étoiles. Une clientèle variée, des prix haut de gammes, le staff des beautés, la pizza margarita est une aubaine, les pizzaiolo sont des charmeurs comme beaucoup d'Italiens d'ailleurs. Pas beaucoup de tables (30, 31,32) pour les soupers intimes. Les tables hautes (61, 62, 63) sont pour les'high flying birds' même Corneille était la. J'aime bien le bar carré; sommes toute un endroit magique, un cinq étoiles.
En globalité, très belle expérience au Sofia. La pizza burrata est délicieuse & belle diversité de cocktails. Nous avons du attendre malgré que nous avions une réservation, mais sinon le service était chaleureux & impeccable.
Très mauvaise expérience en tant que personne végane.
Il n'y a aucune option végane au menu, ce qui peut arriver, mais ce qui m'a surtout déçu, c'est le manque de flexibilité. On m'a clairement indiqué qu'aucune modification n'était possible sur les pizzas, sauf retirer des ingrédients.
On m'a donc proposé une pizza dans laquelle ils allaient enlever la viande & le fromage mais pour laquelle je devais tout de même payer des frais de 3 $ pour ajouter des champinons. J'ai accepté.
À l'arrivée, la pizza contenait uniquement de la sauce tomate avec quelques champignons dispersés ici & là. Cela m'a malheureusement permis de constater que la sauce tomate était loin d'être savoureuse.
Pour une clientèle végane, l'expérience est donc très décevante. À l'avenir, permettre au moins le remplacement d'ingrédients par des légumes sans frais additionnels serait une amélioration appréciable.
Cela éviterait notamment de se retrouver à manger une pizza presque vide… & de découvrir une sauce de qualité très ordinaire.
On parle quand même d'une pizza qui a couté 23$ plus 3$ pour des semblants de champignons.

From Anthony greeting you at the door to the attentive, pleasant & engaging service by Sofia, all was top notch. We enjoyed salads & arancini appetizers followed by diverse pizza preferences & pasta. I always enjoy their margherita done just right. I'm a repeat patron who visits 3 to 5 times per year.
Honestly the best brick oven Pizza I've had in a very long time. I asked for well done & extra onions & they delivered. In my opinion, best pizza in the GMA!!!

Il y a un mois, j'ai commandé pour take out 2 pizzas & j'ai ajouté un extra à 5$. En revenant à la maison, je constate que mon extra n'est pas ajouté. On me dit de venir le chercher mais on mange & c'est à 15 minutes de chez moi. Je lui demande de me rembourser & il semble qu'il ne soit pas capable (il semble que la fonction remboursement n'existe pas sa machine). Un mois plus tard, 3 courriels & autant sinon plus d'appels, je n'ai toujours pas mon remboursement. Ils doivent en avoir besoin plus que moi. Mais maintenant mes commandes seront faites ailleurs! Dommage, on aimait bien commander là.
The service by our busboy Chris was awesome, manager Anthony was very nice . The food was absolutely delicious. We had the meatballs, Disvola pizza & cacio & pepe pasta .
