I wanted to try them out considering all the awards & accolades they've had, & I was IN old Montreal with my wife, visiting. So we had lunch. It's the off season, a Sunday so NOBODY was there, to our benefit. They still served us & took care of us like we were VIP's & man, there's a reason they've won so many awards for their pizzas...just fantastic. So TASTY, & not overpriced either. &, because it's well made with good ingredients, you don't walk away feeling like you just ate a medium delivery pizza. Will DEFINITELY go back again.

Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans le restaurant & il a offert d'ouvrir les portes pour rendre l'expérience agréable.
The restaurant is in a great spot. The vibe was amazing, but unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the pizza we ordered. It was burnt & not what I had hoped for. I could tell the ingredients were fresh, & the sauce-to-cheese ratio was decent. I'm not sure if I'll give it another shot, though.

Le service est bon, mais la nourriture laisse à désirer en ce sens que la pizza n'était vraiment pas abondante en ingrédients, particulièrement celle contenant de la viande de Charlevoix. L'ambiance laisse à désirer. & la toilette au sous-sol de ce resto de la rue McGill, à Montréal, n'était aps très propre. Bref, nous ne pensons pas y retourner. Désolé!
I used to go to this Pizzeria since its opening a couple of years ago; back then the quality was at the top, one of (if not) the best pizza in Montréal.
In the last year or so (probably due to Covid consequences) quality of ingredient & of the pizza itself drops drastically.
I think last night was probably my last try.
Too bad, cause location & position are great.
We ordered the porcini pizza & the fig/pancetta pizza. The porcini pizza was delicious & we really enjoyed it. The fig/pancetta pizza was kind of sad & was missing the balsamic dressing. When we asked the waiter about it he said they didn't have any. If we had known they were out of one of the key ingredients of the dish we would have ordered something else. The dining area is so narrow & crowded that the few servers on staff could barely squeeze between tables & they were practically running. The servers were friendly & competent but there didn't seem to be enough of them to accommodate all of the guests so we had to wait quite a while to get their attention. The entire experience of dining in the restaurant was uncomfortable. If they could improve the dine-in experience I would come back for the porcini pizza.
Best Traditional Italian Pizza......period! Ingredients are high-quality & extremely flavourful---if you can't travel to Italia anytime soon, this is the next best thing!
