Very disappointing experience.

We waited 1 hour & 30 minutes, & not even the beer we ordered ever arrived. The worst part was the complete lack of communication. No one came to explain the delay… we had to ask our server, who apologized, said he would check on our order, & never came back.

Meanwhile, tables that arrived long after us started receiving their food. That was the final straw, so we left after 90 minutes with nothing but water.

Our order was simply two pizzas & one beer. This showed a complete lack of respect for customers' time.

Save yourself the frustration & go somewhere else.

Worst dine-in experience in a while, although the pizza was tasty (despite being served at almost room temperature). Will only get take out in the future.
When we came in, only 4 tables were occupied & a few people at the bar.
The busser wasn't coming, so after 15 min of watching him standing around the bar we started to actively flag him. It took 10 more minutes for the waitress to come take our order.
It's a hot day & we finished our water quickly, our busser walked by our empty glasses multiple times without filling them. Had to vocally get his attention to get some water.
Pizza came kinda cold.
No spicy oil was offered & attempts to flag him were unsuccessful. Had to walk to the bar myself to get the oil. The lack of water filling persisted despite passing by to greet other guests & sitting them near us.

Takeaway took forever, ordered online but pizza not ready at time specified; plus wrong pizza order. Pizza tasted good..

J'ai commandé une pizza cinq fromages, mais celle qui m'a été servie était brûlée au milieu. Je trouve cela inacceptable, car un plat dans cet état n'aurait jamais dû être présenté à un client. Si je n'avais rien dit, j'aurais simplement dû manger une pizza brûlée. J'ai dû signaler le problème pour qu'on me prépare enfin une nouvelle pizza. Ce n'est pas normal qu'un client soit obligé de faire remarquer un défaut aussi évident pour recevoir un plat conforme. J'espère que davantage d'attention sera portée à la qualité des plats avant qu'ils ne soient servis.
