During my holiday in Canada we all went for a pizza margarita. I have never had such a bad quality pizza. The service was awful, the staff was rude & it took ages before we had our pizza. We did not get what we ordered. We still do not understand why so many things went wrong.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
First of all my husband ordered a pizza smoked meat. He asked 3 times if it is smoked meat as it looked lighter then it should. They told him every time yes it is smoked meat. When everything was finished a guy from the kitchen came & says that it was no smoked meat but it was ham! So to be that my husband is allergic! We asked three times & every time they said that it was smoked meat. What a terrible unprofessional service. As well no one passes by to refill the waters. Worst service EVER. Never will come back.
Pizza sucked as well.

I do not recommend at all. Pizza is nothing special, & staff is rude & inattentive even when the restaurant wasn't even at half capacity. I waited 20 minutes after finishing my meal & nobody came to check on me afterwards. I had to flag a waitress myself to pay my bill & got attitude when I mentioned my wait time. Don't bother with staff, they don't pay attention to their customers.

J'ai adoré ! La pizza était absolument délicieuse, avec une pâte préparée comme une véritable pizza napolitaine : légère, savoureuse & parfaitement cuite.

Le service était excellent & l'ambiance vraiment incroyable. Une très belle découverte, que je recommande sans hésiter ! ❤?🍕

Always such a pleasant time dining here. The staff are super nice & courteous whenever we call to rsvp & during the experience there. The food is great too! Definitely would go back.

On est de Québec & on adore généralement cette franchise, mais quelle déception dans cette succursale. Service lointain & fatigué, attente relativement longue, seule bière en fut indisponible, Hugo Spritz qui gouttait l'eau, assiettes qui n'arrivent pas au même moment, qui plus est froides dès l'arrivée sur la table. Elles étaient relativement bonnes, malgré les trois pauvres feuilles de basilic sur ma margarita qui n'améliorent pas l'expérience. Longue attente pour payer également! Venez à Québec, c'est pas mal meilleur!
