When the food arrived it was decent, but the wait times were absolutely terrible. First, we had to ask to order after taking a few more minutes to think (that turned into 30 min), & then we had a 50 min wait until the food arrived. It wasn't even that busy!!
Nous avons attendu notre pizza 1h10 minutes. C'est une pizza qui cuit rapidement, incompressible. Nous sommes des habitués mais dans les succursales de la Rive-Sud & habituellement le service est excellent.
La pizzeria No.900 sur McGill était l'un de mes spots préférés pour aller manger une bonne pizza pas chère en take-out. Nous sommes allés manger pour la première fois sur place hier soir & j'ai eu un service, sans vouloir être méchante, de merde. Ils ont mis 15 minutes pour nous apportez de l'eau & les menus ; les employés parlaient sans arrêt aux clients du bar & ne s'occupaient de personne d'autre. J'ouvre une parenthèse aussi sur l'état piètre des tables de la salle à manger, qui étaient absolument dégoûtantes & très collantes. Quand nous avons enfin eu les menus, nous avons commandé la limonade, qui est arrivée en canette & qui goûtait les produits nettoyants… & puis, 50 minutes plus tard, nous avons enfin reçu notre pizza, qui était trop salée. En bref, le service était médiocre & les employés trop occupés pour nous servir. Je recommande ce restaurant seulement pour le take-out & non pour l'expérience client.
Pizza & food was phenomenal! Only comment is the seating area, it is a tight squeeze inside the restaurant & I kept bumping into the person sitting behind me.
I walked into the restaurant & waited at the front entrance to be seated for about five minutes. I was the only person waiting for a table, yet no one acknowledged me. The waitress responsible for seating guests was wiping tables, filling water glasses, & doing other tasks, but never came over.
After waiting, I approached her myself & asked if I could get a table for one. She told me she needed to wipe down the tables before seating me & instructed me to go back to the entrance & wait. I did, but ended up waiting another 10 minutes. During that entire time, I was still the only person waiting to be seated. She made eye contact with me several times but never came over, acknowledged the wait, or gave me any update.
What made this especially frustrating was that I was on my work break & had a limited amount of time. I ended up wasting about 15 minutes simply standing at the entrance waiting to be seated, which significantly cut into the time I actually had to eat. The entire experience made me feel completely disregarded & unwelcome.
This was especially disappointing because I've been to the Place des Arts location, where the service is consistently excellent. The staff there are welcoming, attentive, & efficient. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about this location. Customer service should begin the moment a guest walks through the door, & that simply wasn't my experience here.
Pizza champignon Il fallait chercher les champignons. ON m a apporté des champignos brûlé par la suite Ma conjointe italienne a eu une pizza au légumes grillées sans légumes grillées excepté un poivron grille. Faudrait que la direction supervise mieux leurs cuisiniers. J ai mangé souvent dans cette chaîne. La ca fait défaut ce 27 juin 2026 a 17h30 . Le service a été bon
