On est de Québec & on adore généralement cette franchise, mais quelle déception dans cette succursale. Service lointain & fatigué, attente relativement longue, seule bière en fut indisponible, Hugo Spritz qui gouttait l'eau, assiettes qui n'arrivent pas au même moment, qui plus est froides dès l'arrivée sur la table. Elles étaient relativement bonnes, malgré les trois pauvres feuilles de basilic sur ma margarita qui n'améliorent pas l'expérience. Longue attente pour payer également! Venez à Québec, c'est pas mal meilleur!

I deleted my previous review because I came back & realize that for just having one waiter & one waitress at a totally FULL HOUSE of customers for dinner, the service was AWESOME! & this is by far the best pizza in town! Now the only one that can do better is the owner by hiring more people for service!

Very disappointing experience.

We waited 1 hour & 30 minutes, & not even the beer we ordered ever arrived. The worst part was the complete lack of communication. No one came to explain the delay… we had to ask our server, who apologized, said he would check on our order, & never came back.

Meanwhile, tables that arrived long after us started receiving their food. That was the final straw, so we left after 90 minutes with nothing but water.

Our order was simply two pizzas & one beer. This showed a complete lack of respect for customers' time.

Save yourself the frustration & go somewhere else.
