Groupe de 12 personnes. Jamais vu des serveuses aussi chiantes que ça envers un groupe de filles âgées de 18 ans. Elles étaient méprisantes, les pointaient du doigts, exigeaient un pourboire malgré tarif de groupe.
Répondaient aux filles en les narguant. Pour un resto de grande envergure comme celui-ci, leur attitude vient dépeindre votre si beau restaurant. At the end of the day, si elles ne veulent pas travailler, qu'elles ne le fassent pas.
La nourriture était bonne , surtout le steak , la cuisson était parfaite & les cocktails aussi … par contre le service vraiment médiocre, il fallait pratiquement se lever pour aller commander, nos assiettes vides sont restés au moins 30 minutes sur la tables, personne débarrassait la table. Notre table s'est fait déplacer durant notre repas. Aucun eau était rempli, aucun service pour le vin, jamais personne est venu valider que tout était correcte… Je ne retournerais pas juste à cause du service … mais la nourriture délicieuse 😌
Booked a reservation for Valentines day on February 1st which is 14 days ahead of Valentines days. I get an email today Saturday February 7th at 7:30pm that my reservation has been cancelled. I called in to ask why the reservation was cancelled & they said because they overbooked the restaurant for valentines day & that they can't guarantee my reservation. I was told to show up the day of &'they'll see what they can do'. so basically show up & get told they're full booked & you won't have a table or there is a 2 hour + wait. I was speaking to the manager of this establishment & he was extremely rude & unwilling to help re-book our reservation. We booked this 2 weeks early so that we would have a table. Apparently they are cancelling even more reservations.
Soirée du 19 janvier un groupe de 40 personnes .. bel accueil personnel attentionné & patient ,service impeccable plusieurs plats présentés tous délicieux nous y retournerons pour un repas à deux ❤?
Service was a little on the slower side as she seemed to have the whole restaurant to herself. Still, we enjoyed the ambience & the food was excellent!
The food was average. I had the Parma pizza, which was decent but definitely overpriced. The service throughout the meal was attentive, but the experience ended on a very sour note. As I was putting on my jacket, the doorman (owner?) with glasses rushed to close the inner door to keep the cold air out & ended up bumping into me from behind (rather hard, as I was left with shoulder pain for the rest of the afternoon). Instead of apologizing, he downplayed the incident & said he had to'take care of his customers.' I guess since we had already paid, we no longer counted as his customers.

C'est une belle place & l'ambiance est bonne, par moment la musique était un peu trop forte, on ne s'entendait pas parlé. La nourriture est correct, les cocktails sont bons & j'ai adoré mon désert. Le service était bon, nous n'avons pas attendu longtemps avant davoir nos plats.
Travelling solo for work & came here for pizza & wine. The host didn't seem to want to find me a seat to the bar, but eventually did. Eventually left having ordered nothing as the vibe was too douchey & service was too slow.
Very loud! My ears are still ringing. You can not speak to people beside you. Good is decent but a little bland & portions are small. Expensive for what you get

The staff & manager/owner was super nice. We were clearly tourists with hungry kids in a more business-clientele place, but they made a space for us & made us feel welcome. The pizza was delicious!

Found this place by chance, excellent service by Emina & fantastic food with a fine selection of Italian wine, PROPERLY chilled. Wonderful fresh food, pasta made in house. I would highly recommend!
Pizzeria'chicos', plats de bonne qualité, bon choix de vins, service un peu lent & resto ultra bruyant - pour lunch d'affaire cest bien joli mais on ne s'entend pas...
