I like the place, the food is very good in general but this experience was very bad. The restaurante was almost empty but it took more than 1h to get our food & when it arrived it was COLD. The waiters were good & nice but it was hard to get their attention. The ambiance is nice & cozy but the music was so loud that we had to yell at each other & could barely talk.

Pizza was not crispy & undercooked. They ran out of chocolate chip desserts & the espresso was awful.
A good Italian coffee should have orange foam at the top. This looked like drip cofeee

The waitress was very nice & friendly

Waitress nice, but not very attentionate (did not offer 2nd glass of wine, dessert - the other waiter did offer) & during payment at the end left us with the interac machine as we were paying without thanking us, the machine was left on the table for over 30 min. & was still there when we left...)
