We had the best meal at Magpie tonight!!! We have had many other very good meals there, so when things freed up at the last minute, we thought Magpie would be the place to go! We definitely chose the perfect place:) We ordered the meatballs & the pepperoni pizza--both were awesome. The ambiance is always great--perfect for couples, families & a group of friends. By far the best part of our meal though was our server Alex!! She was so thoughtful & helpful. She paid attention to details that made our meal that much more outstanding. She was absolutely the best!!:) We would love to go back to Magpie whenever we have the chance--phenomenal pizza, beautiful ambiance, & the best servers! Thanks for a very special night:):):)
Magpie est un incontournable du quartier! C'est bon & beau. La pâte à pizza est légère & un peu citronnée, tout est frais & délicieux. Le vin au verre est toujours bien choisi également. Voisins de la rue Fairmount on apprécie y aller souvent ou prendre à emporter quand la place est full. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

This is a gem of a restaurant just off the beaten path. Cute interior design, friendly bilingual staff, open air concept that seats enough people to make it interesting for people watching. Thin-crust pizza with fresh & tasty toppings. Custom able for food restrictions. A good selection of wines by the bottle. A great evening!
This is the best pizza in Montreal. I eat here on a regular basis, maybe once a week, & have never had a bad pizza! The consistency of the food & friendliness of the staff make it one of my favourite dining spots in Montreal!
We recently dined in this neighbourhood pizzeria, we enjoyed the fresh atmosphere & local flavour of clientele. Greeted quickly & shown our table & were served by enthusiastic waitress . Meatball & meat pasta dish were very good although the pasta was the best , we selected 2 pizza & shared both toppings fresh , the pizza dow is more like a crusty Italian bread not as moist ex ; Napoilitaine pizza taste so for myself bit disappointed but my friends enjoyed & no qualms. We choice opening price wine $42 was suitable with pizza !

Endroit chalheureux & convivial! Nous avons fait une réservation, je crois que c'était la bonne chose car clairement c'est très populaire! C'était plein toute la soirée! Les pizzas sont fantastiques! Nous avons pris celle au pesto de roquette & la classique pepperoni fromage. La coupe du salami était parfaite, les saveurs incroyables & que dire de la croûte tendre & croustillante à la fois! nous avons eu un bon service & ah oui, nous avons adoré les pétoncles poêlés & le tiramisu!
