Review Summary

Pizzeria Crosta has quickly established itself as a standout destination in Montreal, primarily praised for its exceptional sourdough crust that many describe as airy, crispy, and full of flavor. Guests frequently highlight the use of high quality, fresh ingredients and creative topping combinations, with the potato slice and the house made ranch sauce receiving consistent acclaim. The atmosphere is generally noted for being vibrant and clean, supported by a friendly and motivated staff. While the popularity of the spot can lead to lines and a warm dining environment, many visitors feel that the unique quality of the dough and the passion behind the preparation make the experience a must-try addition to the local pizza scene.

I must say I really liked the dough, but I think overall it's overhyped. I tried the Rose slice, it was intensely garlicky & a bit too spicy.

It took us 3 tries to successfully manage to get some. They were sold out each other time. The third time was a charm. Pizza was incredible. It was light & it did not feel heavy in my stomach at all. The taste was really fresh. Ingredients were top notch. I was only sad that we could not try the one with nduja. You had to get a complete pie for this one. We will be back again for sure especially since I cannot have any regular pizza. It has to be sourdough. I am very grateful that they are around.

Very solid & deserving of the hype, if you got this slice in New York you would be satisfied.

The pepperoni was definitely the best for us & the ranch is a must.

To be honest I think the 1 stars are competitors trying to bring this place down... the pizza is fantastic, special, extremely crispy. Great products used making great flavors.
