For the taste, it's not bad for Portuguese chicken, but there are other places that make better. I paid roughly close to 15$ with a Facebook coupon & you have to mention the deals, otherwise you'd be charged for the full price. I really liked their fries & salad. Overall, it's decent.

The food was wonderful. The cook/owner was gracious & generous. My girlfriend has picky tastes but she loved it! Cons were the giant TV showing an A&E crime show (mood killing), & the music, but to be fair, most modern music sucks now. The price was higher than expected given the sign for the $10.95 special that the cashier told me was old ($14.95 now!!!!). I know its hard to keep a restaurant going but prices are getting cray these days. The portions & yummy & generous & I will be back.

Please ignore the bad reviews - honestly - "they forgot my sauce?" Really? These are the same people that complain at hotels for clean towels every single day!! Don't listen to me - overall this location has a 4 out of 5 star rating with over 1,400 reviews. That's what you should listen to! The chicken is excellent, sides as well & the price is right - ESPECIALLY in Montreal where you could pay $15.00 for a sandwich that tastes 1/2 as good. The staff? They take care of their business efficiently. I go out of my way to go to this Plateau location. If you are a Portuguese chicken lover, no frills, just good food & SERVICE ... this is your spot.
