Ce commerce a déjà été bon dans le vieux passé... Aujourd'hui, il y a eu un manque total de professionnalisme pour honorer un coupon-rabais acheté officiellement sur rabaischocs. De mémoire, c'est le premier commerce sur ma liste qui a refusé une telle remise, ce qui est pathétique par rapport aux autres commerces qui ont démontré plus de respect. Quel culot d'avoir refusé de nous servir sous prétexte qu'il y a eu une chicane cachée entre Piri Piri & son partenaire de sorte que le coupon n'est plus supposément plus accepté. Perte de temps grandiose pour me rendre sur place pour finalement aller me faire servir chez un compétiteur, quelle drôle de façon complètement ridicule de faire les affaires! Je vais valider l'aspect légal & je reviendrai en plein dans leur face bientôt!

ordered for pickup. they told me ready in 20 minutes. good, I went to the cash, payed for it &... had to wait for another 20 minutes. If they'd told me 40 minutes ready to pickup, long but fair enough. First & last time.
Food is ok, somewhat too much water in the piripiri sauce. Chicken was too dry. Potatoes ok, salad poor (I know tomato is expensive but... come on!)

Went a while ago during an online promotion.. I ordered, showed the promotion code & they started arguing that they couldn't apply the coupon because it was for online orders only. Went on the website & showed that the promotion was listed as online & in restaurant, even showed them that this specific restaurant was listed in the promotion. The store manager was quite condescending & argumentative, we ended up cancelling the order & going somewhere else. It had been a long time since I went there, this was my last.
