Tried this restaurant on a Sunday & it was pretty busy. The service was good, but our waiter didn't have a full understanding of the menu, especially when it came to vegan options.
We ordered the fattoush salad, the vegan version of the avocado toast, a smoked meat sandwich, fingerling potatoes on the side, & two freshly pressed orange & grapefruit drinks. The drinks were refreshing & the food was good. The fattoush was tasty, but not as good as the ones you'd get in an Arabic restaurant.
The place looks nice almost like a jungle inside. I would go back.
very calm cafe & lots of places to sit! i have been to the onein the west island that one has much more seating.
i ordered the lemonade (amazing! & cold) & the spinach dip. this one was a little more bitter than i remember & there was a lot more dip than pita breads. otherwise, good!
very busy, difficult to speak to the workers, somewhat responsive.

Je viens au café souvent & je trouve que ces derniers temps le service est assez lent. Nous sommes venus à 16h30 pour commander des cafés & viennoiseries nous avons attendu quasiment une demi-heure pour être servis pour 3 cafés & 3 viennoiseries/biscuits…
De plus ça fait plusieurs fois en hiver que je remarque que mes vêtements sentent l'odeur de la bouffe en sortant & qui restent plusieurs jours sur mon manteau d'hiver… peut-être revoir le système d'aération de la cuisine ?
Je vais régulièrement dans cette place, notamment l'été pour la terrasse vraiment sympa.
Le café, les pâtisseries sont super bons.
J'ai testé quelques entrées en mode apéro, très bien.
Alors je tiens à souligner que d'un jour à l'autre le service change complètement. L'été passé, les serveurs étaient fins.
Mais là depuis cet hiver, c'est une cata. Nous sommes ignorés pendant des heures, tout est un enfer pour avoir l'attention de la serveuse & même sans rush ! Pour commander, pour avoir la commande & même pour payer & vraiment pas aimable. Ce problème je l'ai constaté sur plusieurs serveurs/serveuses. Je ne retesterai pas avant un moment. Bien dommage.
Très belle découverte au centre-ville de ce café-brunch à la décoration luxuriante (qui fait du bien en plein hiver)! Le service était vraiment remarquable, avec des personnes attentionnées & franchement souriantes, les plats savoureux, créatifs & très généreux en terme de portion.

On my first visit, I stopped by for coffee & was genuinely impressed. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, the coffee was perfectly brewed, & it was such a comfortable spot to unwind. You can tell they really care about quality & creating a great experience for their customers.
I later returned for an event, & it truly exceeded expectations. The space was beautifully set up, well organized, & ran smoothly from start to finish. What stood out the most across both visits was the team - the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, & professional. They made everyone feel welcome & ensured everything was handled seamlessly.
Whether you're looking for a great coffee, a relaxed catch-up spot, or a venue for your next event, I highly recommend Pigeon Café & Bar.
We went here a couple of days ago. We were a group of 5. There was no wait time despite the weekend. But after we sat down it took a while for someone to take our order & bring the food. Probably 30 minutes. The food was good but we had to ask for utentils & napkins. Condiments as well. & each took a few minutes. The food was good & tasty. Eggs were well prepared. The juices were the best. fresh & delicious.
Le service est systématiquement lent & les plats sont trop chers pour ce qu'ils sont, mais l'ambiance est agréable, les lieux très bien décorés, & le personnel reste sympathique.

Yesterday, we went to your cafe to have our breakfast (around 12:00pm). We didn't have a reservation. We were asked to wait for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the server told us that there was no table available for 3 people & that they wouldn't be able to seat us. Also, about half of the tables were empty. However, we didn't have a reservation. If you only accept customers who have reservations (if this is your procedure & we were not seated due to that policy), then I have nothing to say. But, if the reason is something else, I believe we were treated disrespectfully.
the atmosphere is super nice at pigeon, i loved all the greenery & lights & the whole vibe was just great.
the richard lewis sandwich is so stacked with so much meat, it is totally a carnivores dream ! some bits of meat were a bit chewier & tough to bite off, so it was kind of hard & messy to eat, but it was yummy! the cheese melted on top also had really nice flavour too, that was super good. i really liked the challah bread, which was soft & toasted & made a bit soggy but the copious amounts of mustard. the mustard was a good balance to all the meat, & i liked how it wasn't too strong or sharp or pungent.
Went with my wife on Valentine's Day & was happy to see no special menu or undesired fixed menu. The place wasn't too crowded so was perfect for us. The service was great nothing exceptional but was nothing bad to say. Friendly & welcoming. The place itself has nice with nude tones & 2 fake trees inside that look great with little lights on it. Plants & mirrors inside. The food was delicious & came quickly enough. Decent price for the food, decor & service.
First time going & i went for breakfast. I ordered the salmon&avo toast: expect it to be bigger but it was very tasty. Tuna melt was very good too! Iced vanilla latte was yummy too
It was quite early so it was pretty quiet (10 am) & calm atmosphere. Not sure how loud it usually gets
