So kind & friendly & showed us the best ways to enjoy the authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The food was an excellent price & even more excellent quality! Pictured is the Obama meal (yes, that Obama) which was amazing & the spring rolls were divine. Also great was the Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk - cannot recommend enough!View more
Such a great find!! Pho broth was clear & packed with flavor. Not pictured but the egg yolk on the side eaten in the pho broth was divine!! Bot chien was also standout. Very crisp with a creamy center. Bun cha Hanoi was also delicious. Highly recommend this place!!View more

We had a great experience at Pho Anh! I went with a group of 8 people, & they were super accommodating & fast. The servers were very kind & took the time to explain each dish. Everyone LOVED their meal. Amazing food & service, I highly recommend!!View more
This is a hidden gem that deserves a lot more visits. Had dinner here right before the closing hour. I ordered B3, beef pho with brisket, beef slices, & the gelatinous connective tissues. With condiments at your hand, the pho is both bursting with flavors & fun to experiment with depending on your palette. According to the owner, who explained to me with great enthusiasm, the pho they make is of the north Vietnamese, notably Hanoi style. They make their broth 3 days in advance, with a lot of filtration such that the broth stays clear during the entire dining experience, & doesn't get muddy from the starch of the rice noodles. The different tissues & cuts of beef together with the broth will make you forget every "fake" pho you had in the past & be genuinely entertained by this bowl right in front of you. Will recommend to anyone visiting Montreal, especially on a rainy & exhausting day.View more
Our first stop in Montreal. Delicious Vietnamese & some of the best I've had outside of Vietnam. Had Phở Tái Nạm & Bún Chả - Hà Nội. The owner talked to us about how he cooks everything fresh & made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend.View more
It's absolutely authentic place with awesome food. We do like Pho & tried it in different places before. So I am absolutely sure- this place is awesome ! highly recommend to visit. Host was very friendly. Also you have to try A7 - it's unique beef salad by chief's recipe!View more
I cannot recommend this Vietnamese restaurant enough! We ordered our usual dishes, B1 - Rare Beef & RC - Steamed Broken Rice Charbroiled Chicken, & they were absolutely amazing. The broth was incredibly clean & flavorful, & for the first time ever, we didn't feel sluggish after indulging in pho. The meats were tender & deliciously chewy. What sets this place apart is their commitment to quality. The owner shared with us that they use only fresh meat & onion to enhance the soup, omitting bean sprouts. Additionally, they provide hot pepper sauce, sliced ginger, & sliced pepper, which added even more depth to our pho experience. We're only staying in Montreal for two days, but we're already planning to revisit this gem. My only wish is for them to offer larger portions for us big foodies! :PView more
