Price increased, no longer includes coffee or tea anymore, which we did not know. Been going for over 10 years, noticed many cutbacks. No more meat carving station, meat is already sliced & dry. Smoked salmon & shrimps changed, less quality & quantity available. Missing mashed potatoes, pilaf rice, pizza, BBQ ribs, etc. Less tasty options available, replaced with cheaper alternatives. New sushi section not good, too much vinegar in rice. Did not like the new Italian station. Too much pastas, cioppino wasn't good (tomato sauce tasted like it was directly from can, disgusting). We liked the new ice cream option (although very water based), but please bring back creme brulee or crepes Suzette. Desserts options are mediocre, quality keeps decreasing with them being just heavily sugar based. In all, bang for the buck is no longer there based on quality & quantity of options. Will not be returning anytime soon during the weekend evening option.
Beautiful interior. Many options but no real standouts. Service was great & the Italian section was very good. Maple gelato was solid.
Great food, nice atmosphere… & then I saw a staff member (apparently in training) grabbing the part of the fork/spoon that goes in your mouth while setting the table. Seriously? Basic hygiene isn't optional, even'in training.' I thought you hired ITHQ graduates.
I have been in many buffets but this one was the smallest & very few food varieties.
I would suggest visite other buffets in Montréal or around. Also the waitress was very surprised when I asked her about their food options, & she added' what do you expect for that amount of money?' 😀
Absolutely loved it. The food was delicious, many options & the service was impeccable. The waiter was super nice & attentive. The view from our table was amazing, made the dining experience even better.
Best buffet in Montréal, wish there was caramel for the churro, why was some dessert options in the meat section? & the coquille st jacque type casserole was kinda watery, the lamb curry was meh, fried calamary dry, general tao crispy & tender the best texture ive had anywhere in montreal but to.salty, mac n cheese tasted strange i think its the parmesan on it. Btw I tasted all the options i had 6 plates. My favorite suprises where the clam showder very good if you like it on the seeet corn side, the pater was herby & delicious, the meats tender, but ask for thin slices it will melt in your mouth, the sea food was cery good & tasted fresh, mash potatoe with added gravy yes pls... overall 90% tasted really good. Best buffet in Montréal if they keep it at that price
Great place for Sunday brunch. Wide variety of breakfast & lunch options. Kitchen staff was very friendly. Front of house staff also very friendly. For a buffet with a lot of people it was proper & clean compared to experiences elsewhere. Nice view of the outside as well. Make sure to make reservations & to respect them.
A good selection of food, although I would have liked more chicken options than only General Tao available that evening. Lots of seafood & red meats. Concerning wines, great selection although prices are high, for example a $16.50 red wine at SAQ for $45. Excellent service, professional, polite & always with a smile.
One of the best buffet I've tried so far. The price is very reasonable for the high quality of food offered, especially if you come by on Thursday or Sunday (try reserving before coming as their tables are booked very fast) The only area where I see room for improvement is in the variety of the food; adding more options would enhance the experience.
The choices were a bit limited & there was a long lineup at peak hours. I wished there were more seafood options (lobsters, salmon, etc) but the mussels, steak & crème brûlée were good. They also gave me a cupcake for my birthday :)
I went here with my family. I was super excited until I saw the food selection was meh. The food is ok but for the price my family paid, I'd expected more since this is basically a standard buffet options with the setting being a casino. I wish they had more variety & not just the same options like mashed potatoes & salmon. Oh yeah & the baked salmon tasted bland. For the price it's not worth it. But for the experience it's ok.
