Pavillon 67 offers a mixed experience where the high-quality, professional service and pleasant ambiance are often highlighted as the restaurant's strongest assets. While many guests appreciate the variety of fresh dishes, including the meat selections and the impressive dessert bar, others feel the menu has become limited or inconsistent over time. Concerns frequently revolve around long wait times during busy periods, issues with crowd management, and varying food temperatures. Although some patrons find it a great value, others believe the price point does not always align with the current selection or quality, leading to diverse opinions on whether it remains a go-to destination for special occasions.
Was very impressed from start to finish was greeted with a warm welcome & did not wait too long in line the food was excellent choices were great & diverse definitely quality 👌 out did quantity of choice but that's a great thing for a buffet as you most likely will notice it over anything else in the first place & it definitely has improved for my last visit exactly a year ago I definitely recommend this buffet to anyone it's worthy of the price your paying for a Saturday night meal of about 75$ with tax & tip included in that will absolutely return again soon.
Went for the Sunday brunch. The tourtiere had no meat in it, it was so weird. The Chomeur pudding was way too sweet. They should give half of the portion instead. We ended up wasting ours. The scallop ceviche was not so good. But everything else was amazing. They should have the hot beverages available in the buffet itself so we can grab them when we want instead of having to order through a waiter/waitress.

Visited the buffet on May 17th, a mistake as was during long weekend. Went to 5th floor at 5:15pm to add name & group of 7 on waiting list. So many people waiting in line for buffet & quick service restaurant- could not tell which line was for what. Girl at reception was not able to tell me wait time for buffet. I gave my name & number, & showed text. For the next 3 plus hours, I had my phone out in case they called or sent me a text. By 7:30pm, I was very hungry & starting to worry. Little did I know that would not be for an another hour before our group was called. I went back on floor at 8pm & finally received call once I spoke to Juan, whom was very nice, & said table would be ready soon. Escorted inside buffet area, lots of people & big groups everywhere. To our dismay, we were separated in two tables, in worst tight section. No one told us about this until we got inside at 8:30pm, after more than 3 hours of waiting. Very upset but at least tables were close to eachother. Our table was missing a setting, was supposed to be for 5 people. Waiter took about 10 minutes to greet us & bring water & utentils/glass for 5th person. Food was good, enjoyed the short rib very much. Waiter had assured us that we would have food available until 10pm, closing time. By 9:30pm, we noticed food sections were not being replaced. Dessert, we took some tarts from the beginning (disappointed no creme brulee) but by the time we returned an hour later, none were left. Still upset there is no more mashed potatoes anymore. Italian section is fine, empty space & meatballs were hard. Overall, it was fine but took too long to be called & we didn't get a table for all 7 people together. They should remove the quick service restaurant & expand buffet to entire 5th floor. Avoid casino & buffet for any occasions (mothers/fathers day, holidays & long weekends) as a mess & too many people/lines.
I can say it's a good experience with great, friendly service & clean, decent quality food. For 55$ per person for dinner, the foodie in me was jumping with joy with the amount of options you get to eat. The place is very well organized & super clean. Must try!
