This place is the best junk food restaurant in Montréal by far. The kitchen is clean, the food is always delicious, the employees are kind. They use real poutine cheese, which is unfortunately not always a given!

Could not recommend more.

As for their poutine, it really disappointed me. There wasn't much sauce or cheese, & I only found one onion rings. All things considered, I honestly should have ordered a large order of fries.

When we get a craving for diner food this hits the spot perfectly. We had Italian poutine(the best one, could drink their sauce), grilled cheese deluxe poulet extrême & a breakfast club sandwich.

When you enter, be ready to pay with cash only because they have an ATM inside & it takes a 5% fee from the money you get out so be prepared.

The place is really small & has this 80s dinner vibe to it that keeps it cozy. It takes a while to receive your order, however small or big it is.

The poutine with popcorn chicken & piri piri sauce was not as satisfying as I thought I read in the comments since they skimmed on the piri piri sauce. The fries were soggy, though the cheese, the chicken popcorn & the brown sauce were very good.

It is not worth the price because paying for a normal poutine with some popcorn chicken & a dab of piri piri sauce isn't worth 20$. It's better to go somewhere else, like to Laval to a place called Poulet Sevan where they have lots of chicken meals & you can get a poutine with chicken popcorn on top for less & worth every bite.

Absolutely incredible! Paolo & Suzanne served one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The poutine was phenomenal… crispy fries, rich gravy, & plenty of perfectly melted cheese curds. Every bite was comfort food perfection.

The cheeseburger was just as impressive: juicy, flavorful, cooked perfectly, & loaded with fresh toppings. You can tell they don't cut corners on quality. Everything arrived hot, fresh, & exactly how great fast food should be.

On top of that, the service was exceptional…friendly, fast, & welcoming. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers both amazing food & great customer service, but Paolo & Suzanne absolutely nails it.

A true Montreal classic that lives up to the hype. If you're craving a great burger & poutine, look no further. I'll definitely be back for more!

Malheureusement une expérience très décevante. Nous avons attendu plus de 40 minutes pour une poutine parce que notre facture avait été échappée au sol par erreur.

Le personnel s'est excusé, ce que j'apprécie, & je comprends tout à fait que les erreurs arrivent. C'est plutôt la gestion de la situation qui a manqué de délicatesse. L'équipe était trop débordée pour répondre à nos questions pendant l'attente, le système semblant complètement surchargé par les commandes de livraison (Uber Eats).

Comme le temps filait & que nous devions partir pour un spectacle, nous avons demandé un dédommagement. On nous a offert une part de gâteau au chocolat (que je ne mange pas & n'aime pas) en banalisant un peu la situation parce qu'ils étaient très occupés, alors que d'autres clients arrivés après nous sur place étaient servis avant nous.

Nous avons finalement dû manger notre poutine à la course pour ne pas rater notre soirée, & nous sommes quand même arrivés en retard à notre spectacle (nous avions justement choisi une restauration rapide pour éviter cette situation & prendre le temps de manger adéquatement). Les excuses étaient là, mais l'empathie globale face à notre gestion du temps, moins.

Très bonne poutine , les frites le fromage & la sauce sont délicieux❤?, cependant ça manque de fromage 😭
