Mon seul bémol est purement esthétique. Je pense en effet que la Pâtisserie Bervig serait encore plus populaire si certains changements étaient effectués dans la décoration.
Ex. :
- retirer les fausses plantes & les remplacer par de vraies plantes
- peindre tous les murs en vert (plutôt que de laisser certains murs blancs)
- afficher des toiles & des posters plus grands
- retirer les tables & les chaises en plastique & les remplacer par des matériaux en bois (par exemple)
Finalement, je profiterais de la tendance'japandi'!

Magique & magnifique. Deux formidables artisans propriétaires qui vous accueillera chaleureusement & avec une offre fusion entre le Japon & la France dans une variété de pâtisseries & viennoiseries de très très grande qualité.
J'ai essayé un petit entremet Yuzu & Fruits de la passion sur ganache montée délicate & fond sablé. Une grande réussite. Je dois absolument faire toute la carte. Je reviens assurément.
