Nous sommes allés fêter une amie. C'était ma première fois dans cet endroit... & probablement la dernière. Dès notre arrivée, nous étions six, mais on nous a placés à une table prévue pour quatre personnes. Il n'y avait même pas assez de place pour tout le monde. Après de longues discussions & beaucoup d'insistance, ils ont fini par ajouter une table. Pourtant, la réservation avait été faite plus de deux semaines à l'avance. La soirée semblait déjà mal partie. Une nouvelle barmaid était en poste ce soir-là, & nous avons dû retourner trois cocktails qui étaient tout simplement mal faits. Ensuite, un plat principal a également dû être retourné, car il semblait qu'ils avaient littéralement renversé tout le sel dans l'assiette. À chaque interaction, la serveuse nous donnait l'impression que nous étions dérangeants, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus désagréable. De plus, des jeunes en jogging entouraient notre table, ce qui ne correspondait pas du tout à l'ambiance qu'on espérait. Les prix étaient exorbitants pour ce qu'on a reçu. Honnêtement, le service, la nourriture & l'organisation laissent vraiment à désirer. Cependant, je dois reconnaître que l'endroit est magnifique, & certains cocktails (quand bien faits) étaient excellents. Malgré cela, je n'y retournerai pas. Une énorme déception.Voir plus

Way too much people to handle make service slow.. also food might be better been the 3x for diner & was disappointed all 3 times but the sushies are great.. music & atmosphere are amazing but food is 6.5 to 7/10 & i think they serve way too much people at the time for what they can handle sadly. The food here is expensive, but I'd say it's quite worth it. Usually at higher end restaurants, the portions are so small you kind of have to decide if the experience was worth it, because you can't judge it based on food alone. However, here, they actually feed you a decent portion while providing high quality dishes which are presented well. We had the tasting menu & each dish was served just as we were finishing the previous one. Service was effective & friendly. The interior of the restaurant was very nice & the music being played by the DJ was great. My only suggestion would be that around prime dinner time, the music should be a bit quieter such that diners can easily converse with each other. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent Asian-American fusion cuisine.Voir plus

Amazing Place & Crew .... The food is amazing ... only if the last service did not come cold to the table I would have put 5 stars. The atmosphere is amazing but the wooden chairs are uncomfortable & lack a lot of cushioning... for someone with a back pain it can be very critical, I had to fold my blazer underneath me to get some support. The only good thing about our experience was our waiter. To start, we found it quite unwelcoming that you are required to pay to use the vestiaire for your coats. Since it's mandatory & customers are not allowed to enter the restaurant with their winter coats, wouldn't it make sense for this service to be complimentary? It felt like a strange & off-putting way to greet guests. Second, as a group dining together, some of us ordered the 3-course menu. What shocked us was that after the first course, in a restaurant that markets itself as upscale, the staff placed our used forks-still covered in sauce from the fish dish-directly on the table, prongs facing up. There was no offer of fresh utensils for cutting filet mignon. Is it really too much to expect clean cutlery between courses? As for the food, I'm not sure where the reviewers leaving glowing comments usually eat, but if you know how fresh, high-quality sushi is supposed to taste, you'll likely be disappointed. & yes, as many others have pointed out, the restroom is ridiculously small.Voir plus

Decent service with mediocre hospitality. They conveniently don't have the "cheapest"bottle of white wine. They confiscate any alcohol brought in as gifts & make you wait 15 minutes upon departure because they can't find it. Food is good but nowhere near as good as you would think it is for it's selling price. Bathroom capacity inadequate for seatings, be prepared to wait.Voir plus

Review for Palma, Montreal Palma is, hands down, one of the best dining spots in Montreal. From the moment you step inside, you're embraced by an incredible vibe that's both chic & welcoming, making it an ideal spot for anything from a date night to a celebratory dinner with friends. The service at Palma is exceptional. The team goes above & beyond, but a special shoutout has to go to Annick at the bar, who is an absolute gem! The dishes are also absolutely amazing & sooo tasty!!! Palma isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience, & one you'll want to repeat.
