Great experience as a big group on a friday evening, very nice choice of menu as well a great service from Laurianne & Naomie. Decor & ambiance on point & would absolutly recommand.
We recently hosted my wife's 40th birthday at Palma & the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From the planning stage to the execution on the night of the event, the team was incredibly professional, responsive & accommodating. There were a few adjustments along the way, & every time the staff handled them quickly & seamlessly to make sure everything came together perfectly.
The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, & the service was exceptional throughout the evening. Our guests had an amazing time & many commented on how great the experience was.
Most importantly, my wife had the time of her life, which made all the planning worth it.
A special thank you to Kelly & Thomas, & the entire Palma team for helping make such an important milestone truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate.
Even though the Habs lost the game, the food, the cocktails & the ambiance was first class. Alisha served us & was just so very engaging, welcoming & friendly. Everything one can appreciate from a server. We will definitely come back & enjoy all that Palma has to offer!!
We went to Palma in a party of three on a Wednesday night after hearing great reviews. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our waitress was friendly enough & was training someone, but they completely ignored our table. We waited 45 minutes for our food without a single check-in or water refill, & we eventually had to call her over while she stood in the corner chatting with the trainee. Meanwhile, other staff members were busy doing shots by the DJ booth.
It's a shame because the food is actually good & the atmosphere is lively, but the environment is incredibly unprofessional. They desperately need better staff training.
I got a double vodka soda of their cheapest vodka & they charged me $62. I explained my concern & they said that's standard price. They got super mad when I didn't tip.
The vibe is good & so is the food, but the service was slow & not the friendliest. Obviously I tipped accordingly & the waiter had the audacity to complain about the tip to my face… it would have been a 5 stars, but tips you work for it, & you don't bring up how much you were tipped & give me attitude about it, as a matter of fact we got attitude for asking how we wanted our steak cooked.
A big thank you to our waitress Emilie at Palma for always taking such great care of us! Her kindness, attention, & beautiful smile always make our experience even better. We truly appreciate her amazing service every time we visit. ✨

I dined at your restaurant on with two other guests for a birthday dinner.
When we were seated, the server placed plates for the other two guests together at the table, but placed my plate separately & far from where I was sitting. When I asked why my plate wasn't set in the same way as the other two, the server didn't respond.
It made the meal awkward since we were there as a group. I'm bringing this up because seating & basic communication are part of standard service.
J'ai vécu l'une des pires expériences dans ce restaurant lors de l'anniversaire d'une amie. Nous étions un grand groupe de filles & une de mes amies ainsi que moi avons commandé le même plat : les tagliatelles à la truffe. Dès la première bouchée, le plat était immangeable, excessivement gras & beaucoup trop salé, au point où il y avait même du sel visible dans l'assiette. Je n'arrivais plus à manger tellement la quantité d'huile me donnait mal au coeur.
Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème à la serveuse, elle nous a répondu d'un ton condescendant en disant que nous avions déjà mangé une partie du plat (on a pris l'équivalent de trois bouchées). Elle a ensuite appelé un collègue, & tous deux ont insisté sur le fait que'c'est la truffe' qui donne ce goût salé, avec une attitude laissant entendre que nous ne savions pas ce qu'est la truffe ou comment ce plat est censé goûter.
Après une longue discussion, ils ont finalement accepté de rembourser les plats, mais en précisant que le pourboire restait obligatoire. Comme c'était en soirée & que la cuisine était déjà fermée, nous avons quitté le restaurant sans avoir mangé, tout en devant quand même payer environ 10 $ de pourboire ainsi que 5 $ pour le coat check, malgré un service très décevant.
Ce restaurant est à fuir, particulièrement pour une occasion spéciale.
I would recommend any person of colour other than white shouldn't go to this club . The staff is very racist . I went there with my friends for birthday ordered bottles , enjoyed the atmosphere end experience racist comments from security. Anyone who believe in diversity should not give them a chance anymore
The owners do such an insane job running this place props to them, truly dedicated. The food was really good & it didn't take much time to arrive. Service is great, they don't play around or have you waiting. The vibe is great, the DJs really know how to set the mood from dinner to late night. If you haven't been to this place yet you should most definitely do so.
My partner & I enjoyed a little staycation & treated ourselves at Palma to celebrate a personal event. The food was absolutely delicious & they accommodated us for the prix fixed menu. Music was amazing & service above & beyond - thank you so much Angelie! We will consider it again next time we're in the area
