We are a Brazilian bakery and we use local ingredients to make traditional Brazilian recipes. Our specialities include: cakes, croquettes and sandwiches. The owner, Gabrielle Casara Pellin, got the idea of opening Padoca after realizing that there were not many Brazilian businesses in Montreal.
The goal is to make people discover the Brazilian culture and flavours, in a delicious and heart-warming way. Padoca is the perfect place to taste the flavours of Brazil, have a coffee with friends and have a good time!
Overall, reviews describe Padoca Pâtisserie Brésilienne as a welcoming spot with warm, attentive service and comforting, flavorful Brazilian bites. The coxinhas are praised for their crisp texture, pastels impress with rich fillings, and brigadeiros are consistently delicious, while the picanha sandwich earns several fans even if a few diners find fat portions disappointing. Some items, including certain pastries and carrot cake, come across as okay rather than outstanding and prices can feel high compared with similar snacks in Montreal. The atmosphere is noted for cleanliness and a friendly vibe, with staff guiding choices and making the experience feel genuine. On busy days or in hotter spaces, comfort can dip for some diners, yet many say they would return for the flavors, the sense of authentic Brazilian fare, and the availability of ready made options. Overall, Padoca Pâtisserie Brésilienne comes across as a solid go-to place for a satisfying meal or treat with friends or family.
Juste wow. & quoi dire des pâtisseries… Miam. C'est sur que j'y retourne
I ordered the mushroom sandwich without expecting much, but wow-it was so good. The area isn't very busy, which probably explains the price ($21 for a panini 😅), but honestly, I'd still come back.
If you're looking to revisit the flavors of Brazilian snacks, this is a great spot. The service is excellent & everything is delicious. I wasn't too comfortable with the prices, though. Compared to snacks from other countries that are easy to find in Montreal, the prices are pretty high.'

Presentation was clean & minimalist, which I liked. I ordered the beef pastel & the beef & cheese pastel, but I wasn't impressed - I've had authentic pastels in Brazil & these didn't compare (understandable since not all the real ingredients can be imported). The carrot cake also wasn't very impressive. Overall, food was okay but nothing special.

Absolutely love Padoca Cuisine! The food is always comforting, rich, & full of flavor. You can tell everything is made with care & passion. The staff is super friendly & welcoming, & the atmosphere feels warm. Whether it's a frozen meal or a sweet treat, it's always a delicious experience. Highly recommend!
