We are a Brazilian bakery and we use local ingredients to make traditional Brazilian recipes. Our specialities include: cakes, croquettes and sandwiches. The owner, Gabrielle Casara Pellin, got the idea of opening Padoca after realizing that there were not many Brazilian businesses in Montreal.
The goal is to make people discover the Brazilian culture and flavours, in a delicious and heart-warming way. Padoca is the perfect place to taste the flavours of Brazil, have a coffee with friends and have a good time!

I ordered the beef pastel & the beef & cheese pastel, but I wasn't impressed - I've had authentic pastels in Brazil & these didn't compare (understandable since not all the real ingredients can be imported). The carrot cake also wasn't very impressive. Overall, food was okay but nothing special.

C'est toujours la meilleure représentation de la cuisine brésilienne à la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Le pastel & la Coxinha sont mes favoris. Il faut y aller! Il y'a aussi un petit marché de produits brésiliennes & des plates surgelés préparés pour la chef Gabi. À l'été il y a des place pour manger à l'extérieur. C'est vraiment parfait. ☺️❤️
Deliciosos produtos Brasileiros e pastel frito na hora. Marmitinhas congeladas com sabor de feito em casa e muito prático. Excelente serviço, muito atencioso e acolhedor. Tenho sorte de ser perto de casa, aqui na Rive Sud, pra ter sempre um gostinho de Brasil quando bate a saudade e a vontade.
Provei no local o sanduíche de picanha, coxinha, pastel, bolos e brigadeiros. Tudo MUITO bom. Pros brasileiros, é um verdadeiro quentinho no coraçao. No verao te mesinhas pra comer na rua e é super fácil estacionar nas proximidades. Ainda oferecem produtos congelados. Provei a coxinha congelada e gostei muito.
Eu e meu marido amamos comer na Padoca, experimentamos o pastel de carne e o sanduíche de picanha, maravilhosos. As atendentes super simpáticas e atenciosas. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Rare place with massa de pastel in the south shore. The massa (dough) came fronzen.
