J'ai réservé pour souligner l'anniversaire de ma fille & je vais être franche avec vous ça faisait plusieurs années que je n'avais pas été au Pacini & j'ai été ravie de voir le changement de déco, l'ambiance & les repas vraiment délicieux, ce fut une très belle soirée. Merci à toute l'équipe !!

Surprenant service, notre serveuse était plus ou moins présente. Est-ce que maintenant vous travaillez avec une 2e serveuse? Comme d'autres restaurants, je trouve que l'efficacité n'est pas à son meilleure.

Hier soir la serveuse semblait bien distraite. Elle a oublié la soupe alors je suis allée la voir pour le lui rappeler. Elle a ensuite laissé les assiettes qui était déjà prêtes au chaud. En conséquence, le saumon était un peu trop cuit. Elle a également oublié d'apportez le café & le dessert, j'ai dû aller l'aviser à nouveau. Bien gentille quand même, on lui a laissé un pourboire malgré cela.

Les oeufs tournés étaient trop cuits & la patates à déjeuner étaient trop salées.
Pour les autres menus c'était parfait. Merci!
