Overpriced food & drinks. Prices are not reasonable. The chicken wing was too salty, not well cooked. The overall experience was under expected so I won't recommend to go.

Good to experience Japanese culture in Montreal. I recommend going with a group of 4-6 to try as the food is not your common food you eat daily. The quality is good. The service was not the best.

The yakitori was great, & definitely a good drinking spot-seems very reserved after 7PM, but the dishes lack an oomph to actual Japanese food or Izakayas in Japan. The interior design is great though. The yakitori might've needed more sauce, only salt to taste on it, & the gyuudon sauce tastes a little too similar yakitori sauce. The lamb skewers were very good, not fatty compared to other shops here. Hot tea was just Oolong who like hot drinks btw.

Après un séjour au Japon, j'étais nostalgique des grillades japonaise yakitori. Cet endroit a comblé mon "craving" & vraiment authentique. Très bon, à essayer!

Food was exceptional! All the yakitori we tried blew us away. Highly suggest trying the premium & otto set yakitori. Goes well with a bottle of peach soju! Service was amazing & staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Still tasty. But portions have gotten smaller - hence value has gone down. Look at this comparison of the uni chawanmushi from tonight vs a few years ago... The portion used to almost be the size of the little dish they provide for each person. Now it's a little cup half the size... Biden's got nothing on Trudeau - inflation in Canada is crazy!! I keep missing Miss Coco - without her, service is stiff & a bit cold. Lacking the soul of before. Still a good spot, & a favorite in Montréal.

Ordered a few skewers, chicken wings were soft... low lit lights didn't allow to see if the chicken was cooked or not. Ordered a set of Otto skewers. Again, we had the chicken wings, but this time round, we checked, & it was raw. Even though knowing the skewers were under & RAW. Paid for the meal. & the waitress was, instead of apologetic was upset we didn't tip. & had told them the food was raw. Raw chicken isn't a joke. Maybe have the chefs checked out to see if they know how to cook chicken properly or any other food items to avoid our food POISONING we had last night. customers shouldnt or need to require to tell you that food is raw especially when its was the 2nd time round of ordering. On top of that our 2nd order was forgotten. What an absolute joke. Don't be all sour because we didn't tip. Seek your manager or owner & deal with it umonsg yourselves. In this situation, the meal shouldn't even be charged. Have a little more professionalism & reflec on your customer service skills & health & food safety for customers who attend the restaurant.

Après avoir lu les excellents commentaires, moi & ma fille avons été déçu des brochettes. L'ensemble des brochettes étaient tièdes & manquaient de saveurs. Surtout déçu du poulet ( cuisses & ailes ) ou l'on goutait beaucoup trop le gras. Le boeuf angus était décevant aussi. Au final, les légumes ( brocoli & choux de bruxelle ) étaient meilleurs.

Nous avons essayé l'endroit pour fêter un anniversaire. C'était parfait, la nourriture est succulente, les brochettes sont merveilleuses, les drinks sont époustouflants. L'ambiance était super & notre serveuse était tellement mignonne & amusante. J'ai hâte d'y revenir. ( j'y suis revenue 5 fois en moins de 80 jours!!! )

C'est bon sans plus. Je n'y ferais pas un détour. Les brochettes yakitori sont bonnes sans être wow. Nous avons trouvé que celle avec les autres viandes manquait de saveur.

Le service est rapide & efficace, les serveuses sont sympatiques! & que dire de la nourriture, les saveurs & la qualité y sont! Top choix de brochettes : coeur de poulet, langue de boeuf, agneau & unagi. Pour l'alcool, je recommande le pichet de melon soda!

Impeccable food, service & Japanese bar atmosphere! It was a recomendation to visit the resto & I do not regret! In the evening, it was full & many Asian-origin customers, which is a goid sign. It doesn't happen often these days to find a reasonable price- quality ratio place where people know what a tasty, flavourful food is. The menu is extensive! I really enjoyed tataki octopus & wasabi cold grilled macrel & grilled squid. Was not sure about the yakitori set - grilled & fried various parts of chicken on a skewer. The Japanese cheesecake & fried tea ice-cream were delish! Will come back to pick up other goodies on the menu!

The ambiance & the food are juste magnificent, one of the best japanese flavour in town. We went there after 11 pm & ordered a bunch. The waiting time was around 10mins. But one thing to note is that they don't serve main meals (don rice or ramen) after 11 pm. Also, if you want to order yakitori, don't order a bunch of them in one shot, it's better to order a small plate & then finish it before order another one , otherwise the yakitoris will get cold very quickly & the flavor will be seriously compromised.
