Great food, BIG portions & affordable prices! The staff is ALWAYS friendly & helpful! We came on a Saturday & wow does it get packed, but everyone stays professional, efficient & run the place great! It does tend to get very loud if it's busy, & if you're sensitive to noise you might get overstimulated, but overall great place for brunch!
Great breakfast place. Service is fast. Food is good. Price is reasonable. However, it gets really busy so they expect you to eat & go. You can't stay & talk too long unless you order more.
We had 11 of us here on Sunday, on a very busy Mothers Day morning. Food & service were both excellent! Really appreciated that they could sit us together. Will definitely be back!

I think this place is no longer what it used to be. I had eggs Benedict as I often do. The eggs come cooked almost hard & cold. I'm aware of how hollandaise sauce works so I understand you can't keep reheating it. Personally I believe that it should be applied to piping hot food & served right away. The grated Gruyère cheese was not melted & the bread was soggy. I think not only under & overcooked at the same time but that it probably sat at the pass for a while. The potatoes have lost all their charm & two tiny sad pieces of fruit. In the recent past I have noticed a major decline in food quality while seeing prices go up. The service today could be described as slow & uninterested. It was not overly busy either. It's not the first time either that I wasn't happy with the food. I was in a few months ago & had a similar experience with my eggs benny although the potatoes were still good at that time. Sad to see this place on the decline

This was my second visit to Orange Cafe. The first time was on a weekend & the place was buzzing & the breakfast was solid. This morning was far from the first experience. Our breakfast arrived barely warm with the exception of the potatoes. The butter was still on the cold toast. Unfortunately, the waitress barely passed by considering it was not very busy for a Monday at 10am. So we did not get a chance to inform her of the situation. She came to fill up our coffee by the time we were more than halfway done eating. What a disappointment!
Delicious food, great service & delicious food! Very big portions, lots of choices, very busy, you may need to wait for a table. Always regret eating too much here but can't help it haha
Best breakfast poutine I've ever had! Someone recommended this spot so we took the metro & walked to check it out. It was really busy but the service was super fast & our waitress was great. I wanted to get a picture of the breakfast poutine I ordered but it was so good I forgot...
Came here to have brunch before heading downtown via the metro. The wait to be seated was quite long, & we received our food almost an hour after taking a seat. The meal left a lot to be desired, but that might be because I didn't order something they specialize in. The staff were very polite & helpful but were too busy. If visiting, I would recommend getting a reservation if possible, & trying something other than an omelette.
This place is a busy well oiled machine. You may wait a bit to be seated but it's worth it if you enjoy a big ol' breakfast. They have a lot of selection & they do it well. Their eggs Benedict are a big attraction as well as the smoothies. Service is fast & friendly. You can also get booze in your coffee or fruity drinks.
