They offer various vegetarian food options. We ordered the MoMos végétarien (it serves with the soup daal/lentilles) Soup Then Thuk with homemade noodles, Timo (Tibetan bread which they don't use chemical yeast), Naan, & Lassi a la mangue. I highly recommend Soup Then Thuk (it's a big bowl for 2 people) & ⭐⭐⭐Lassi Mangue⭐⭐⭐ is the best ever! I like the fact it's all only tge natural sweet from the mango, they made it freshly & tasty! The price is reasonable also. Definitely will come back to try another dishes! Also thanks to the waitress, she is lovely & friendly! ♥️♥️♥️View more
I went here on a Thursday night for dinner with coworkers. There were only two other tables occupied We decided to get a selection of dishes & share it all between us. The food was good, some of it was just okay, but the service was stellar & they played funky 2000's music. The food was easy to share & we had a great time here. Our waiter was really excellent. I ordered the Tibetan tea. It contained a lot of butter (which is normal for this tea) but it was too salty for me. The cheese Momos are yummy. & I really liked the Timo steamed bread. The bindhi masala was good but it had too much turmeric for me. & the Ping Sha was definitely too salty.View more
Delicious & authentic home-made Tibetan Momos. Highly recommend this family owned restaurant. Order a Sha Katsa & a Tingmo & you will thank me!!View more
This spot offers good Tibetan food experience. The owner, who's incredibly kind & courteous, recommended the Tibetan tea with crushed walnut-a delightful concoction that not only enhances taste but also revitalizes health. The deliciousness of the Tibetan tea is unparalleled. The generous Thenthuk portions exude a homely essence, while the consistently excellent Momos are a guaranteed delight. (If compared to Toronto serving size of momo is smaller) & let's not forget the Tingmo & Phingsha, truly unmatched! If you find yourself in Montreal, this restaurant is a definite must-visit. Your positive experience shines through-it's a place worth cherishing!View more

I truly enjoyed the hosts, nice & warm people, great service.
BUT, I wish to speak about the food, after all it is the main reason of this review.
The momos (dumplings) were quite good
Chick peas (chana masala) were below the quality standards expected. Not hot enough & just ok.
The butter chicken was good, missing a dash of salt but very tender chicken.
The naan bread was sub par. The Tibetan steamed bread(timo) roll was ok.
The Tibetan spicy beef (sha-ka-tsa) was very good.full of flavor, spicy & sauce was delicious. The beef was fondue meat yet the menu indicated beef strips, not the same thing.
In my opinion, try to stick to the Tibetan menu rather than the Indian menu.
Price was average, not that economic nor too expensive. +/- 30$/person, beer, no dessert, no coffee.
