Review Summary

Across the reviews, Olu 'Olu Poke is described as using fresh ingredients with great flavors in a clean, casual setting where service is frequently friendly and efficient. Some diners report generous portions and satisfying meals, while others note small protein portions for the price and bowls that feel heavy on rice with little fish or vegetables. Vegan options are highlighted as good and several reviewers call the bowls delicious, original, and quick. Price and value are mixed, with a few saying it costs too much for the amount of protein, while others find the bowls good value for a quick meal. A momentary concern about cleaning odors nearby disrupted one dining experience, but overall staff and atmosphere are described as pleasant and the place remains a reliable option to return to.

Food is amazing, but, there's clearly not enough protein in the bowls. The amount of tuna & salmon that I had compared to the rest was ridiculous for the price of 30$!! For a comparable quality & size. It's way better to go to poke monster... there's way more proteins in their bowls but they have the same size..

Not the great. This portion is added extra salmon for $6 & it is the most expensive poke bowl here. I'm Japanese, I'm poke & sushi lover. This fish quality is not the great. veggies are little, a lot of rice, balance is not good. It's not bad but so so. yes, for friendly staff, clean space but for the food service I want to review for the food & that is like 2.5 for me. There are better poke shop in MTL.

This place is great but is running a dishonest Uber Eats Promo.

They have a Buy 1 Get 1 Free, little do they tell you that you will get 7 tiny piece's of salmon in your bowl. 99% Rice, one scoop of avocado & 7 piece's of salmon.

The regular prices bowls are always good, but this 2 for 1 promo was just a scam
