I stumbled upon this poke spot & wanted something quick & healthy & it totally hit the spot! The staff was super friendly, & all the ingredients tasted fresh. I dined in & there were plenty of tables, though it seems like they do a lot of online orders too. The portions are very generous. I had the omao bowl based on staff recommendation, & I really enjoyed it!

I had a great experience at Olu Olu Poke! The portions are generous & very satisfying - definitely enough to fill you up.
I highly recommend the chicken poke bowl - the flavors are well-balanced, & the ingredients are super fresh.
The staff were friendly, & everything was served quickly & neatly.
The place is clean & casual - perfect for a relaxed meal.
Will definitely be coming back!

We love our poké, & this is no exception. Each bite is an explosion of vibrant flavors, thanks to the fresh ingredients they use. The combinations are well thought out, making every bowl a delightful experience. It's the perfect spot for a quick lunch that leaves you satisfied without feeling weighed down. The portions are generous, & we were pleasantly surprised by how filling the bowls are-so much so that we couldn't finish our entire meal! & don't forget to try their boba teas! They are really good & make for a great pairing with your poké bowl. Overall, this is a fantastic choice for anyone craving delicious & fresh poké.

First time in this restaurant while visiting Montreal. The food is great & employees are amazing. We order 3 different Poke Bowl & changed some ingredients for the kids. The employees are kind & helpful, & each poke bowl tasted really good. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than other places, but the size is also a bit bigger. We would return without hesitation!
