Olive et Gourmando est un café très apprécié dans le Vieux Montréal, connu pour son ambiance chaleureuse, ses pâtisseries fraîches et ses sandwiches réconfortants. Wonderful artisan pastries! Must-try the homemade ricotta with honey & orange zest, fresh & flavorful! The restaurant has a cozy, homey, & cute atmospehre - perfect for brunch! Quite busy even on a weekday, expect a 5 to 10min wait.
Great place for a croissant, grilled cheese, & a coffee. Amazing atmosphere with friendly service. Get in early as the line can go out the door. Don't forget to check out their store next door.
This place is amazing! Our first stop in Montreal. The food & service were top notch & everyone was super nice. If you're able to get a table this is a must! Try the salty ricotta & of course the almond croissant.
Ce qui était initialement un lieu vraiment relaxant avec une belle ambiance s'est rapidement transformé en un endroit touristique où il est impossible d'obtenir une table pour un brunch à deux sans attendre une heure. C'est vraiment dommage. Les prix ont également flambé vers le haut. C'était une institution Montréalaise.

Great weekend brunch. This place gets busy, so be prepared to wait. It's worth it! The croissants are excellent. The food is fresh & just fantastic. We had great service. The host was amazing. It has a cool vibe. We had the almond & chocolate croissants. Both were fantastic. I had the hot chocolate; it wasn't too sweet & had great flavor. We tried the Salty Ricotta. The vegetables were great. They were cooked perfectly & so flavorful. The ricotta & the fresh bread were perfect additions. The Cuban sandwich was great as well. They warned that it was spicy, but it wasn't. Also tried the dark chocolate marshmallow cookie. It was great!
Accueil chaleureux. Sandwichs délicieux tout comme les roulés & à la cannelle. Une bonne adresse pour manger un morceau le midi ou pour se réchauffer lors du goûter.
One of the best spots for a quick bite in the old port! Great food, good prices & cool atmosphere. Prepare for a bit of a wait, but it is certainly worth it.
Really hip, cozy eatery. Creative plating & interesting menu. Breakfast all day but best of all you feel you’re in a place that Montrealers go. I’ll go back & can’t wait
Great food that tasted very fresh & very organic. The egg yolk had the same colour as the "pasture raised" yolks that I purchase in the states, & I was happy about that.
A bit on the pricey side, & if you go during the weekend forget about getting a seat. We went on a Thursday morning & it was very busy!
But it was some of the most delicious food we had while visiting.
Delicious grilled cheese & smashed potato salad, huge portions! Friendly staff & great atmosphere. Recommended by a friend, glad we had a chance to visit.
