Un bon service, les serveuses sont accueillantes & chaleureuses, & les gâteaux sont délicieux dans l'ensemble sauf pour le cheese cake qui est limite catastrophique. Les prix sont assez chers & le même article a deux prix différents: le prix sur place est plus cher qu'à emporter. À mon avis cette pratique n'encourage pas les clients à laisser du tips.

La pâtisserie ÔFAURIA offre de magnifiques créations, notamment des trompe-l'oeil à couper le souffle. Le savoir-faire est indéniable & les produits sont visuellement impressionnants.
Cependant, lors de notre visite, le service à la clientèle n'était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous. Les caissières qui nous ont servis n'ont affiché aucun sourire, à peine un « bonjour ».
C'est dommage, car une belle expérience visuelle & gustative mérite un accueil chaleureux pour être complète.
En espérant que ce point puisse s'améliorer, car le potentiel de cette pâtisserie est grand.
The store itself is nice & the cakes & pastries look appealing. However, the berry cake I bought was nothing to write home about. The charlotte was in fact a mousse & it was too light to my taste (I would say tasteless, but that's just me) & definitely not worth the $46 I paid for it. Plus, the cardboard box they used as a carrier is low quality. Upon arriving home, the handle snapped, resulting in the box dropping on the floor. Fortunately, no major damage happen & I was able to put it back together. Bottom line, I would not go there again since I expect the quality to be above average & it just wasn't there.
Un chef exceptionnel. Il avait préparé de superbes mignardises pour mon baby shower & des semaines plus tard, tout le monde en parle encore. Son sens du détail & la perfection de ses créations sont incomparables. Que ce soit pour un service traiteur ou pour aller découvrir ses produits directement, tout ce qu'il fait est irréprochable. Je le recommande sans hésitation.
I have followed his work wherever he goes. He is a master of his craft & we are fortunate to have him.
Amazing desserts - you can feel real taste of quality ingredients & not the sugar on - perfect balance of sweetness & flavour. Prices are between $7-9 - very reasonable for this quality level. Great illy coffee. We'll definitely make it our weekend spot 🥰

The service & the atmosphere it was good but the table the chairs & the floor It was filthy. Very sad because the store it was amazing when it first opened
Malheureusement j'ai été déçu de ma commande de samedi j'avais appelé pour démontrer mon insatisfaction pas de réponse ça aurait été apprécié qu'on me rappelle…c'etait un gâteau d'anniversaire mais personne n'a aimé.
Dommage car j'étais une cliente fidèle.

Visited for the very first time. Excellent decor, food was delicious, try the panacota, very nice presentation & it was amazing. Great service, music & coffee. Definitely coming back!
