Lanzhou Lamian, also known as Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodles, is a type of Chinese noodle dish that originated in Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu province in China. It is a popular street food in China and can be found in many Chinese restaurants around the world.
The process of making Lanzhou Lamian is an art form in itself. The dough is made from wheat flour, water, and sometimes eggs. The dough is then hand-pulled, stretched, and folded in a specific way to create the thin, chewy noodles. The noodles are then boiled and served in a clear soup broth, which is made from beef bones, spices, and herbs. Thinly sliced beef, green onions, and cilantro are often added as toppings.
Very fresh, very tasty & very friendly service. You can watch your noodles being made. It's deceptively filling. Wish there were more vegetarian & seafood options.

Amazing noodles & soup. Been searching for quality like this for ages! Well worth the detour from wherever you are. If you live nearby you are damn lucky.
This is the south shore version of Lan Zou!! This is the best soup you will ever have! The broth is so tasty & they make the noodles fresh for each order & you can choose the size of your noodle!
First time going to this restaurant, not too far from my neighborhood. The noodle soup was good, & the price for the quantity that they give is worth it. However, their dessert, for the price that they put it for, is not worth it. It was good not to say the other way around, but it's not worth 10$. Service, as much that the standard now is using your phone to order, they do have a card menu, but you still have to order through the app regardless, & the size of the resto is not that big. Also, some items on the app versus the card menu are not the same, so it may be confusing to use & figure out which dish is which.

What a discovery! We usually go to Lang Zhu in Chinatown & brave the long line but this is the new spot. Excellent service & amazing Dan Dan noodles. We'll be back.
Finally a great place to enjoy some good noodles! Whether it's dry noodles or soup noodles, they are delicious here! We used to always go to Montreal Chinatown to eat some good noodle dishes in the past. We are so happy that this place opened in Brossard! Our new go to restaurant on the South Shore for delicious noodles! If you are a noodle lover, this is the place!

If there was a place on earth where I would be eating my last meal this is it. The beef noodle soup was so good I was willing to sell my car & move into the car park just so I could eat this every day. The spicy chili oil is incredible. My tongue was functional however I was sweating / glowing profusely. Amazing place!
This is the Bomb for Lanzhou noodles. Line ups & great reviews got us coming here. Didn't disappoint & was actually very surprised how good it was. My favorite one was in chinatown but now this place takes the first place. Located in a small strip mall, a little tiny spot, you would have never bother to step in. Dont be that guy because this place is definitely worth the stop. We ordered the dry noodle & the soup noodle. Both amazing! service was fast & good. Wish they opened one in chinatown because they definitely need another Lanzhou noodles in that area. Recommend everyone to come try this Kung fu noodle resto.
I would like to give them 5 stars after I have been here more than 10 times. The noodles taste very authentic.Service is super fast . I can always get my order in 5-10mins after I pass my order.
It offers a culinary experience reminiscent of the esteemed Lanzhou Noodle establishment in Chinatown, particularly in terms of noodle quality & the ambiance. However, it slightly falls short in delivering the same depth of flavor in its broth. Despite this, it stands as a commendable alternative, especially given the convenience of more accessible parking & shorter waiting times. 4 stars, a satisfactory dining option in South Shore.
