Wow. Same price as fast food but handmade noodles & delicious flavorful perfectly spiced broth. All the ingredients were fresh & amazing. Super big portion & very cool to see the chef making our noodles. Definitely my favorite spot to eat in Montreal.

Food is good but we always pay for extra noodles & large size & usually its enough but the past 3 times we came, the portions of noodles in the bowl & the number of slices of beef have decreased. Wait time used to be 5-10 mins but lately it has become 30 to 45 minutes for your soup noodles to arrive, it has become pretty ridiculous :(

Update on June 9, 2026:
Service has much improved since my last visit & the waiter checked on me to see if i am happy with my order… (since I always order Large size with extra noodles). As a customer, I much appreciate they come to check on me if my order & portion size was okay. The server tonight is great! Hope we see the server who worked tonight working in this restaurant more often. It's not every waiter in this restaurant that does this

Amazing experience with the fresh noodles made right infront of your eyes.
Their lamb skewer is a must try. Perfectly priced for good portion.

I've gone a couple of times now & the broths for these soups are just amazing. Clean tasting, the mala comes through on your tongue when you bite into pieces of celery. Each broth is very distinctive, I sampled my friends' & I couldn't tell you which I enjoyed more. You can select the width of your noodles & you can see them being prepped through the window to their kitchen. Very cool feature. Service was good, answered our questions. You order with your phone & pay at the register.

Banging cucumbers!!! I don't know how they make them taste like that. Noodle dishes were great, but my cold sesame chicken noodle salad could have been more flavorful with more vinegar. Dan Dan noodles were delish

The name is a little questionnable, you might think it's one of those fast food chinese place with cheap food, but it's not! The noodles are made on site, & the broth are delicious!
It was really a great find & we will definitely go there again. It's nice to have somewhere where we can go eat traditionnal hand-pulled noodle that is not in Montreal.
