Ramen de feu!!! Les bouillons sont allucinants & que dire du large choix de pâtes fait sur place à la commande. Oeuf au thé noir, magique tout simplement, je ne m'entendais pas a ca! Brochette d'agneau tendre & bien assaisonné. Bomme Salade de pommes de terre, salade de concombre légèrement piquante vraiment bonne. Service très courtois. Commande par H-tag sur cellulaire. J'y retournes a coup sûr!

Fresh hand-pulled noodles done right. We watched them made on the spot, & the texture was excellent - chewy, not mushy, not undercooked. That alone is why we'll come back.

We had the veg biang-biang noodles. Good bowl, generous noodles, bok choy on the side. The edamame were excellent & well seasoned. What the main dish needed was more sauce & more flavour. The chili-garlic topping was tasty, but it didn't coat the noodles enough. A bit more oil-splash, vinegar, or chili would have made it sing.

One gap for vegetarians: there's no real protein add-on so its a very carb heavy dish. Tofu as an option would make this a complete meal instead of mostly carbs & greens.

Small spot, quick service, fair prices. Come for the noodles. Ask for extra sauce if you like it punchier.

Kitchen is clean. Server,the guy with glasses, he's very kind, fast, friendly, & funny. We enjoyed food too! We will be back for sure.

We stopped by Kung Fu Ramen on last Saturday evening after visiting the apple farm. We found this restaurant on Google while we were on our way home, & we're so glad we decided to give it a try!
We ordered the Lanzhou beef noodles, Hongshao beef noodle soup, & Shaanxi oil-splashed belted-noodles. Everything was delicious! The noodles were flavorful, the consistency was so good & tasted very authentic. We especially loved the different flavors & textures of each dish.
Our kids also really enjoyed their kids' meals that was a bawl of tomato beef noodle soup. It's always nice to find a restaurant where can make the whole family happy.
it turned out to be one of the highlights of our evening. We'll definitely come back the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend Kung Fu Ramen if you're looking for delicious & authentic Chinese noodles!
