Lanzhou Lamian, also known as Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Noodles, is a type of Chinese noodle dish that originated in Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu province in China. It is a popular street food in China and can be found in many Chinese restaurants around the world.
The process of making Lanzhou Lamian is an art form in itself. The dough is made from wheat flour, water, and sometimes eggs. The dough is then hand-pulled, stretched, and folded in a specific way to create the thin, chewy noodles. The noodles are then boiled and served in a clear soup broth, which is made from beef bones, spices, and herbs. Thinly sliced beef, green onions, and cilantro are often added as toppings.
Best noodles I've had in years! The braised beef was sooooo delicious. Service was also impeccable! Very friendly! Will most definitely be coming back very soon!! 10/10!
Food was great . Love the fact that the noodles are made on sight:) service impeccable. Only downside was how freezing the place was ( we kept our jackets the entire time) & it would had be nice if they add tea in the menu . But server was nice to offer hot water to drink . It warmed us up before our soups arrived .

Their noodles are pretty good, service is excellent & fast. The only thing I dislike is the lamb skewers, it doesn't taste much other than spicy. I would say it's a nice place for noodles only
BEST hand-pulled noodles we ever tried! This place is such a gem & after talking to a lot of ppl, this place is very popular & well known. We absolutely loved everything we ordered. The service is very fast, they make the noodles to order & you can feel the freshnest of the ingredients. I feel like I will become a regular here! The prices are also very reasonable. No wonder there was a line up by the time we left & it was only 12:30pm

First time trying the KUNG FU noodles & WOW. We found a little gem in brossard. The lanzhou noodle & the lamb skewers were the perfect combo. Food came by rapidly & the service was good. We appreciate our visit amd surely will go back again. No need for us to go montreal to have yummy noodle anymore.
The food was so good! We took the mini lamb skewers & the braised beef soup. The lamb was really well seasoned & well cooked. The soup was amazing, the beef was melting in my mouth & they were really generous with the amount of noodles in it. I took the wide noodles & they were well cooked & very good. There is chili oil in the soup even though it's not written in the menu. We went at 6:30pm on a Saturday & had no wait time for a table & were out of the restaurant within 1h, the service is quick! I'm happy I found this place & will definitely go back
I ordered the beef noodle soup. The noodles (handmade) & broth are very good but not served hot enough. I also found the dish had little to no meat or vegetables. Too expensive for what was given.
As a person who loves fresh noodles & dines out often, I found this place overpriced & the flavour is alright. I ordered braised pork noodles & there is really not much inside except some noodles. I found it overpriced to pay $20 for a bowl of noodles after tax & tips due to the amount & ingredients inside.
Wonderful fresh handmade noodles on the South Shore ! Went on a cool day, & the hot soup was greatly appreciated. We had the braised beef soup, & it came with a choice of noodles, ranging from thin to belt-width ! We had the wide & extr-la/wide noodles, & both were tender with a wonderful bouncy texture. Though small, it is definitely worth the visit
