noodle(440) soup(125) beef(85) broth(80) spicy(40) recommend(39) rapide(36) bowl(35) busy(33) fresh(31) huge(28) pulled(28)We saw the line down the block to get in & knew immediately we had to try this place. 100% worth the wait & hype. I got the veggie noodle soup with the wide noodles & my husband got the traditional beef noodle soup. We also got the edamame & cucumber salads. Yum yum yum. The broths were so flavorful & the handmade noodles were excellent. The salads which were a hearty portion, were a perfect compliment, with the edamame one being my favorite. Def get in line to come to this gem of a place. Super authentic & a must when in Montreal
My kids & I love this place, we come every time we visit Montréal from Vermont. Can be busy so we try to come on the early side. My 10 year old says "this place is bussin'!"
This place is busy at dinner time. Get there early to line up. The noodle are freshly pulled right at the front of the store. You can pick the the thickness of the noodle from 1-7. & you can pick how spicy 🥵. I recommended less spicy for people that hasn't had very spicy food. Don't want to ruin the whole bowl of noodles. Hot sauce at the table if u want to add more. The soup is pretty authentic. Maybe a bit less flavorful than the one I had before but still very good. We also ordered the tea eggs, which was also good. Warning!! The large bowl is huge. Unless you are super hungry or sharing. Go medium.
I ve been dreaming to go this place since my last stay in Montreal, even the medium size is huge. You need skills to eat & not staining your suits. Broth & noodles 🍜 delicious
Amazing noodles, one of my favourite places to eat, everything is reasonably priced & the portions are huge, as real & authentic as you can get in terms of the many regional types of food from China. Just come ready to sit on really small chairs with no back, better chairs is all I'd do to improve this place.
They make the noodles out in the open, super cool. Possibly the best noodles I've had
The food is really good, only one vegetarian option. The vegetarian noodle soup is amazing because the boulion is really silky, creamy & the mushrooms inside is moist & with a lot of flavour. The cucumber salad is so crunchy & flavoury with nuts, oil & chilli. The only thing that the egg is not enough marinated. Thank you for fresh noodles 🙏
We were two for dine-in. The bill is 49.00 with tax. I paid 100 cash. Before giving change, the lady who did not serve us during the whole time asked me how many tips I wanted to leave, I was not familiar with such questions & I was speechless. Then she told me 15% minimum. That's ridiculous 😂😂😂😂 But I still gave 10% for food.
There are many detailed reviews here so I will not repeat what every other 5 star review says. It's all true. Go, now, & wait in line if you have to.
Première expérience en général très bien environs 20$ avec taxes pour nouilles boeuf & boissons régulières. Attention si vous demandez une fourchette vous aurez droit à un drôle de regard 🍜 emplacement propre & très achalandé petite attente à la porte.
This time noodle is so uncooked with fresh flour taste. & the soup are getting so clear & not even thick enough like last two times visit. I ordered soup noodle as I love the soup but I am not loving it this time. & the price goes 40-50% higher. I remember this Feb the same noodle was $12 but this time is $16 . Disappointing
Hand made noodles are the best. My daughter loves it. It is worth the wait time! & big portions as well.
My husband & I heard this was the best place to get hand pulled noodles in Montréal's Chinatown. We decided to wait in the long line outside. I'm so glad we did! The line moved pretty quickly & they seated us promptly. The place is small, but you don't feel like you're right on top of other diners. Service was fast, & while they turned the tables & seats over quickly, at no point did we feel rushed while eating. The noodles were delicious & were served in large, beautifully designed bowls.
Looking at all the reviews & waiting lines, we thought this place would be an unforgettable experience ... well, it's not it is an overrated place!!!
Chinese noodles restaurant. Homemade noodles which are soft, tender & well cooked. The soup flavor is authentique & rich with a very good smell. The restaurant is quite small & dark
