Pas très confortable les bancs & pas de poulet ni de porc sur le menu... Par contre les nouilles au boeuf sont délicieuse & les nouilles sont fait sur place. Plusieur employé parle pas français nôtre serveuse oui!! J'ai pris la soupe large c'est bon pour 2 c'est vraiment gros😀 Pour le prix c'est bien mais pas beaucoup de choix pas de rouleau non plus...
This place always has a lineup for a reason, really had an awesome meal. The'large' size portion is 100% too much for 1 person, it can feed 2 to 3 people. Either share a large portion or get a small or medium. Also with the different types of noodles, the'thinner' ones are probably a better pick. The place gets a little less busy at around 4 pm ish.

Large comme Jumbo!! Trop mais trop bon!!!!! Dans les combos il ya des options d'entrée & celle que j'ai aimé est celle de concombre épicé! La soupe est chaude puis en grignotant le concombres ça donne une sensation de fraîcheur à la bouche!!
The noodles here are delicious. I love watching the chef skillfully pull & shape the fresh noodles right in the kitchen & cook them directly. I chose a small combo size with noodles number 5, because it included 1 egg & 3 types of salad to choose from. It helped me eat just enough & not be too full. You can choose from non-spicy to very spicy from the waiter. The staff here are very enthusiastic in guiding you. The restaurant is located right in Chinatown, so it is very crowded & bustling. You will see a long line of people waiting for a seat. You should come earlier than lunch or dinner time to get a seat more easily.
The noodles are freshly made, the soup with beef was really good, they can definitely make the broth more flavorful, the portions are super big, & they are recommended 👌

Les nouilles sont préparées à la minute sous nos yeux. Le service est super rapide & c'est très bon. Il n'y a que quelques plats mais tous délicieux !!
N'ayez pas peur d'attendre ça en vaut la peine.

Nouilles fraîche sur place. À 16h on a attendu 10 minutes dehors. 8 personnes devant nous. Je comprend le 4.5 étoiles pour ici. Service très rapide & repas arrivées après maximum 10 minutes.
Que dire de la saveur & de la quantité parfaite & l'odeur hummmm.
C'était parfait.

Finding a great spot for dinner on a Monday in Montreal can be a challenge, but this restaurant proves to be a rare & welcome exception. A true hidden gem, especially for visitors, it offers a combination of fast, friendly service & consistently delicious food.
Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, & arrived quickly-a testament to the kitchen's efficiency without compromising quality. The standout dish? The dan dan noodles-perfectly balanced in flavor & texture. However, spice lovers take note: even if you request'very spicy,' the heat level remains relatively mild.
Overall, a fantastic find for a Monday night meal & well worth a visit any day of the week.
