One of the coolest things about this noodle shop is watching the chefs craft fresh noodles right in front of you-it's such a mesmerizing sight! The noodles are chewy, flavorful, & cooked to perfection. The menu is packed with a great variety, so there's definitely something for everyone to enjoy. Honestly, I've had the best hand-pulled noodles here! You can pick the size of your dish, whether you want small or large, the thickness of the noodles, & even how spicy you'd like the soup. The meat is super tender, & the rich beef broth is just mouthwatering! Plus, the portions are huge & the prices are really reasonable. The service is top-notch as well! I loved this noodle store when I had visited Montreal 6 years ago. During a week of stay, I came three times. This is the one of reasons that I cam to visit Montreal again. We waited almost an hour on Saturday. I ordered #3 noodles & my spouse ordered #5, but both came #5. Little disappointed. :( But it was still okay.View more

the beef tendon soup & the dan dan noodles were tasty. we expected more of tendon in the beef'tendon' soup (there were only 2 pieces) but overall the amount of meat provided was well worth the money. the broth was excellent & did not taste like they just poured MSG in it (like some chinese restaurants you can just die of thirst after a few sips of soup). the spice was just right. the service was quick & the waiter was friendly but it would have been nice to get some refills of water..& they did not come around to do that; defintely get there early (we did dinner at 5pm before lines were long). our leftovers lasted us another 2 meals - this place is a good bang for your buckView more

When I saw the line to get into this place, I knew I had to try it! Lol, I only waited about 10 min & got in. The seating is on small stools next to strangers, so don't expect anything cozy. The restaurant is small, was loud & very hot, but it just added to the atmosphere 😉 lol Once I got my food, I understood the lineups for it. Wow! Incredible Ramen! The portions are very large as well. I ordered a small one & it was just enough.View more
