Was charged for the salad which was brought by mistake 😩 & then replaced with Edamame. Also, the server spilt spicy vegetarian soup on my camera case. Never heard an apology. If you want ordinary noodles & bad service, you are welcome to this place.View more

Point négatif, la soupe spéciale ne comporte que des nouilles, de la viande & des herbes. À cause du succès du restaurant, nous avons attendu 40 minutes dans la file d'attente mais cela dépend des jours ! Je recommande !View more

Hand pulled noodles & great broth & other treatments. We had the special noodle soup & the dan dan noodles & both were excellent. Spice level was good as most places make their soup too mild even when asking for spicy. Definitely a must go when hitting Montreal's Chinatown.View more

Finally made it inside the restaurant! After many failed attempts, due to long cues outside, we went on a Wednesday afternoon & got in right away. Noodles are great & the beef Noodle soup was excellent! Would like to come back but likely not during typical meal times.View more

When you see people lined up for noodle soup at 83F, you know this place is legit. This place serves good hand-pulled noodles & the service was pretty quick. The place itself is small & divided into 2 seating sections. I recommend coming here early especially if you have a big group. They have 7 types of noodles & number 7 is the most favorite one. The noodles are chewy, not too thick, & slurping good! The highly recommended noodle soup has a clear, fresh broth & tender meat. It's so good! & their dandan noodles is also superb although not spicy enough if you enjoy spicy food.View more

Being the first four parties when they open is the way to go. We got a medium lanzhou combo & a small veggie for two adults & two kids 5 & 7 years old. The soup was delicious & the #5 & #3 thickness noodles were perfectly chewy & delicious. Not a lot of searing, but turns over fast because the food comes out quick. The bathrooms are surprisingly nice too.View more

I recommend the Dandan bowl of noodles. It's the most flavourful dish. The soups are ok. They offer a combo. Main, one side & a tea egg. This puts u under 20$. The spicy cucumber salad was very good. So were the edamame. We felt rushed to order not quite understanding the option. Service is quick with a high turnover as there is always a queue outside. No a/c here.View more

The service is so so even when it's not busy. The most important thing of Langzhou noodle soup is disappointing, it does NOT even taste like beef soup.The radish makes it even worse. The noodle itself is Ok, but nothing special besides its chewy due to its undercooked . & the bowl they serve me for noodle soup had a huge notch on the edge, lol. I won't go there again.View more

The soup is great unbeatable. Service was much better a few years ago when I discovered it & there were no Reviews on the web. Now, they are very famous thanks to posts like mine, but now you have to wait 20 to 60 min to have a table & the service has become "blazé", slightly indifferent. I've heard about this place from the internet & try to visit it. It was really good. The noodle is handmade & you can choose the type of the noodle you like. The broth is also good & the portion is big. I ordered the traditional beef noodle soup big size & it was bigger than I expected. Their chili is not as hot as I expected & their beef is chewy & tender. The place is a little bit small, but there's a lineup when I visited it. Be prepare to get in a lineup especially on the weekend at dinner hour. The lineup is worth for the food itself.View more

The food of the place is delicious, however the place is always very full, so you must have time to wait & then be able to access a table. We sat at the bar & the experience was really bad since all the heat of the kitchen brought us to our face & also the man on several occasions splashed hot water to our side. The soups & the size of the noodles are great since you can choose the sizes of both.View more

J'adore aller à cet endroit. Surtout le week-end pour commander la soupe au boeuf braisé. Je vous la conseille grandement d'ailleurs. Je la prend avec un extra oeuf ( que je vous recommande de prendre aussi). Je ne finis jamais la soupe vu la grandeur du bol, ça me fait un bon petit plat pour la suite. I ordered the spicy beef noodle soup combo with the salty boiled egg & seaweed potatoes (it didn't taste like potatoes in a good sense) salad. Such good noodles! I had size 6 traditional beef noodle soup, size small, no spice, takeaway. It tasted really good & although I wouldn't say there was zero spice, it was barely anything (which was what I wanted). The size small was very substantial & the noodles themselves were really really nice.View more

We saw the line down the block to get in & knew immediately we had to try this place. 100% worth the wait & hype. I got the veggie noodle soup with the wide noodles & my husband got the traditional beef noodle soup. We also got the edamame & cucumber salads. Yum yum yum. The broths were so flavorful & the handmade noodles were excellent. The salads which were a hearty portion, were a perfect compliment, with the edamame one being my favorite. This place is busy at dinner time. Get there early to line up. The noodle are freshly pulled right at the front of the store. You can pick the the thickness of the noodle from 1-7. & you can pick how spicy 🥵. I recommended less spicy for people that hasn't had very spicy food. Don't want to ruin the whole bowl of noodles. Hot sauce at the table if u want to add more. The soup is pretty authentic. Maybe a bit less flavorful than the one I had before but still very good. We also ordered the tea eggs, which was also good. Warning!! The large bowl is huge. Unless you are super hungry or sharing. Go medium.View more

The food is really good, only one vegetarian option. The vegetarian noodle soup is amazing because the boulion is really silky, creamy & the mushrooms inside is moist & with a lot of flavour. This time noodle is so uncooked with fresh flour taste. & the soup are getting so clear & not even thick enough like last two times visit. I ordered soup noodle as I love the soup but I am not loving it this time. & the price goes 40-50% higher. I remember this Feb the same noodle was $12 but this time is $16 . DisappointingView more
