Great South Indian food with some Hakka dishes. We loved the variety of South Indian options that ranged from Kottu Paratha to Idli. The dosa selection is extensive with a 5-feet dosa that is sure to steal the show. We loved all the appetizers we tried, especially the manchurian gobi & chicken 65! The mango lassi is exceptional here, I had two because it was that good! The chef is well known for his South Indian cooking & started his career in a well known South Indian institution in Montreal before opening up his own place. Definitely a nice addition in downtown Montreal
What a thrill to discover Our Place. I came to love Indian food while living in the UK for 10 years. I have found it nearly impossible to find good authentic Indian food in the US. Our House had many options, especially as I am a vegetarian/pescatarian. The sauces to accompany the dishes were wonderful. Highly recommend eating in or ordering out from this restaurant!
The food is very nice , have good variety & flavors , but i wish they could add some more sambhar(dal) quantity with their south Indian dishes.
This was the first South Indian place I visited in the city ... absolutely loved it ! Dosas - 5/5 Biriyani chicken - 4/5 Kottu parantha - 4.5/5
The food is delicious, perfectly complex. The lamb fried rice is so unique among montreal's Indian food offerings, perfectly spiced like a dry curry, with vegetables & very spicy tender lamb, & served with two sauces. There is a limited menu forbweekend lunch
One of the few authentic Indian restaurants in Montreal. Food is always 10/10 & their masala chai is the best. Lekhika is a sweetheart & makes sure you have everything you need. Would highly recommend if you're looking for something homely & authentic :)
We recently visited Our Place - South Indian Restaurant Montreal & were blown away by the delicious food & friendly service. The restaurant serves authentic Indian cuisine that is both flavorful & healthy. The staff was very attentive & made sure that we had everything we needed. I would like to recognize three staff members who went above & beyond to make our dining experience memorable: the hostess Lekhika, chef Srinadh & Himanshu. They were all very friendly & knowledgeable about the menu, & made great recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious & reasonably priced Indian food in Montreal!

Worth visiting this place. Food was amazing, you will have a proper south indian taste in evrything! They have even authentic sambhar & chutneys, which were just another level. Service & atmosphere also too the mark! Had a great time there.
Amazing & authentic South Indian & North Indian food. We always get the podi idly & onion rava dosa! Our server Lekhika was really nice too.
After a few rounds of drinks me & my co workers wanted some comfort food so we began hunting for a spot to eat...most of the restaurants were closed or closing soon & after a few attempts we ended up here (recommended by the staff of another Indian restaurant nearby) & glad that we did because what followed was nothing short of a treat. We got the chicken lollipop , Andra chicken curry , goat biryani , Gongura dosa & topped it off with falooda The food was absolutely divine. The flavors were absolutely spot on . To my surprise even though we are big meat eaters the dosa was the consensus winner. The ambience is clean & fresh. The service was also brilliant . Overall I am very happy we ended up here.

Came here from Toronto. Had heard excellent reviews & so was the experience. Everything was awesome & tasty. Highly recommended for South Indian food. We were attended by Lekhika, who was very sweet & a wonderful person.

A very good Indian restaurant in downtown Montreal. Food is very nice, naan w/ & w/o garlic are fantastic, curry (lamb) is a little bit too spicy for kids. Waitress Lekhika is super nice, awesome
Authentic south Indian restaurant the food was great the best in my opinion being the Chicken biryani & the dosa was nice too i loved the peanut chutney that they gave with the dosa. our server's name was Lekhika she was very polite. i would definetly recommend to anyone who wants to eat Authentic south indian food.
