Really amazing place we found, big portions,lots of sauce options, dosa was incredible.
I recently visited Our Place in Montreal & had the pleasure of trying their Karam Podi Dosa, Chicken Dum Biryani, & Mutton Dum Biryani. The flavors were absolutely delicious! The Karam Podi Dosa had a perfect blend of spices, & the crispy texture was delightful. The Chicken Dum Biryani was rich & fragrant, with tender pieces of chicken perfectly cooked in flavorful rice. The Mutton Dum Biryani, too, was exceptional - the meat was juicy, & the spices well-balanced, making every bite memorable. If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine, this is the place to be!
We tried Onion rava dosa, which is a delightful twist on the traditional dosa, characterized by its crispy texture & savory flavor. The use of semolina gives it a unique crunch, while the added onions provide a sweet, caramelized taste that enhances every bite. The lightness of the dosa balances well with the heartiness of the sides, creating a perfect combination. Have ordered Masala dosa & Poori Masala two times via Ubereats & liked the dosa & the Poori Masala. However, noticed that there was a foul stench coming from the sambhar like the ones from a washroom. I urge the owners to take action on getting this addressed & i tried it twice to check if it was just me who felt it but my husband too confirmed that it was repulsive though the taste of the sambhar wasnt bad but we couldnt take chances as what smells bad aint good for eating as well. So had to manage eating the dosa with two chutneys as the third chutney provided was a sweet ginger one which was not to my liking. Loved the taste of dosa & poori masala, however the stench of the sambhar has been a put off & i would consider reordering if they could rectify the same. I had provided feedback in Uber as well but not sure if it was received.
Great place for South Indian cuisine. Authentic South Indian taste. Tried thali & dosas here. Good ambiance . If you are going by Uber the address shows different location . Google map shows correct location.
We went here for dinner. We ordered idli, coriander dosa & plain dosa..the food was very average & chutney & sambhar were spicy...I have had a much better dosa than this..Ambience was dull as well
We didn't know what to expect when we arrived there. The restaurant took us by surprise. The dosas & the 3 different chutneys were truly authentic: delicious & filled us with memories from India. We will visit soon!
Best Indian food i had in Montreal, dosas were super crispy & they can accommodate your needs like no onion no garlic food. So much friendly staff. My family loved this place & taste.
Amazing South Indian restaurant! The owner is just the sweetest & the food is delicious. Tried the chilli onion uthappam, chana samosa chat, chicken kothu parotta, ghee podi sett dosa, falooda, mango lassi & much more. Would definitely go back & recommend it!

Food here is a hit & miss. I had a paneer appetizer which was amazing but the masala dosa was disappointing as the masala tasted stale. Today i got egg biryani & shahi paneer curry.. biryani itself was really good but ive never once seen eggs not being fully cooked. They were runny & for a biryani that's the 1st time for me. Shahi paneer was below avg.. i asked for spicy & it's nowhere near that. Service was ok & the atmosphere was good. I don't think this place will be my first choice anymore.
Got the giant dosa from TikTok & it was really good...very crispy the sambhar was delicious overall enjoyed it
We went with high expectations but were, unfortunately, disappointed with just about everything aspect of our dining experience. The food itself was just about average. We ordered a masala dosa & a lamb masala dosa. The good part: The dosa itself which was was perfect. The not-so-good part: everything else. Both fillings were below bar & came in very limited quantity. The potato filling in particular barely had any flavour at all. The sambar was good enough but the coconut chutney was too salty. Overall, the food was just about okay, nothing memorable. As for the service, the good part: the food was served quickly enough; the bad part: there was not much of service at all apart from the food being brought to our table. I think the staff is well-intentioned, just not well-trained. No one came to check on us during the meal, our glasses were not refilled, I had mentioned I'd like to order dessert after the meal; no one came to ask if we were still interested (& we left without dessert) -- & it's not as if it was a busy night. Also, as other guests left, their dirty plates were not removed from the table. There was a point in our meal when I looked around the room & there were at least five tables around me with dirty dishes. It was disgusting. Finally, our request to turn down the music was flatly denied -- because it could only be played at'medium' volume. To make matters worse, their music system is awful & it really hurts your ears when the restaurant is more than half empty (even on a Sat night!). It was a relief to finish our food & get out of the restaurant.
This is the best south indian food in Montreal & best Indian restaurant in Montreal. We tried vegetarian food, Each & every dish was delicious. Must try - podi Idali, set dosa, uttapam, rose falooda , poori bhaji, veg Manchurian, Rava dosa, the Sambar & Chutneys are so authentic. I am still drooling just thinking about it.. service & ambience was so good & the best part is-prime location Chef is talented & very experienced .. if you will visit once ,, you will go again & again thats my guarantee recommend this place 100%
The food here is really good. The dosa, sambhar & chutney were all on point! Definitely give this restaurant a try if you crave good Indian food & are around in the area.

South Indian dishes are really good here, other things I wouldn't suggest as their speciality is dosa.
