On est aller pour le superbowl, tres bon service & bonne bouffe, la bartender nous a offert des shot pour le show de bad bunny, nous nous sommes vraiment senti accueilli, définitivement pas la dernière visite
Got tater tots to go & while it's usually a pretty generous portion, this was ridiculously small, 10$ for a single serving amount. Will not be ordering from this location again.
Honestly, the service was very bad we waited over an hour for our food. The food was good but they never came to see us to ask if we wanted coffee & dessert. I was not empressed, won't be going back!

Excellent place to catch a game & enjoy a great burger! Notre Boeuf de Grâce - Laval is definitely a new spot worth discovering. The food is solid, the burgers are well made, & it's a fun place to sit down, eat, & watch a game.
It's still new on the map, but you can already see the potential-once the vibe & atmosphere fully come together, this place is going to be a real go-to. Looking forward to coming back & seeing it grow. Highly recommend giving it a try! 🍔🏒📺

Nous avions réservé pour 4 personnes, & malheureusement l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur. Après avoir passé notre commande, nous avons attendu près de 50 minutes sans recevoir quoi que ce soit. Aucun suivi, aucune mise à jour.
Au final, nous avons décidé de quitter le restaurant parce que c'était beaucoup trop long. C'est vraiment dommage, car nous étions impatients d'essayer l'endroit, mais cette attente interminable nous a énormément déçus. J'espère sincèrement qu'ils amélioreront la gestion du service.
Un samedi soir, des amies & moi avons décider de tester un nouveau restaurant. Nous sommes arrivés sur les lieux à 20h. À notre grand étonnement le restaurant n'était pas plein. Après nous avoir installer a une table nous avons consulter le menu & passer nos commandes a la serveuse. 20h05 nous recevons nos boissons respectives. 20h30 toujours assise a table mais aucune assiette n'a été servis. Elles avaient commandes des entrées mais elle ne sont jamais venu. 20h50 Aucun plat principale ni entrée. 21h & des personnes venaient de recevoir leurs assiettes & c'était plain de l'attente. 21h10 ont décide de payer nos boissons & d'annuler nos commandes car l'attente était pour nous inadmissible. Pour un restaurant qui était a moitié vide. Si vous avez faim & que vous pensez qu'on vous servira en moins de 10-20 min OUBLIEZ SA! Même pour payez une facture d'uniquement 4 boissons sa vous prendra 10 min!

Great spot for any night of the week. May was incredible, she was attentive & super fun. Food was delicious & great portions. TVs everywhere for sports nights. A definite repeat hangout.
This notre boeuf de grace stands out from the others. Very retro. Service is great. The artwork is so special. Love the vibe & we always have a great dining experience.
First time at this new location in. Carrefour Laval & our waitress, May, gave exceptional service. The food was excellent as usual in all their locations.
Wait staff was great. Good great. Everyone asked how we're were doing. We were recommended to take some staple dishes & we did. Friendly, genuine & very pleasant staff. It was quiet for a Saturday but it sits between the entrance & I between two other Resto's that block a bit. Watched the hockey & football game from every angle. Great ambiance. I would say a hidden gem (literally) but once you see it, a must try!
Très mauvais service. Le restaurant est déserté car les clients clairement sont mal traités & mal à l'aise par rapport à la fréquentation. Le bar ressemble à un rassemblement de gangsters & la barmaid qui prend des shots & agi d'une façon très hostile. Le burger était inmangeable il est retourné en cuisine. Aussi, j'ai été facturé pour des breuvages que je n'ai jamais commandé.

The absolute worse smash burger I ever ate. Dry as hell & not even a true smash burger as it was too thick to be one. Also when I turned it over the patty was grey (so much for fresh made patties). & $16 for flavorless Mac & Cheese. Don't think they used real cheese. A big disappointment. Service was good.
Was a nice meal. Decor & place is nice. Juke box, Dj, etc. However when we went on a Saturday night 630 it was pretty quiet & only 30% full. Mind you it is Christmas time. Overall worth it. Great burgers & its annexed to the biggest mall in Laval, Québec. Shop & dine.
I had a great experience at the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce restaurant in Laval. Hugo, who served me, was outstanding from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, & made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. His professionalism & positive attitude really elevated the whole dining experience.
The food was excellent - fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. Everything arrived on time & tasted great, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Combined with Hugo's exceptional service, it made for a truly pleasant visit.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you're lucky enough to be served by Hugo. I'll be happy to come back.
