On September 6th, my husband & I came to this restaurant to celebrate my nieces birthday & what a disaster that was. Firstly, when we came in, no one was there to greet us. After a while, I called a waitress over & told her we had a reservation. She looked at me very confused as if I was speaking in a foreign language. When we finally sat down, she didn't offer us water or anything (I had to ask after 45 minutes of waiting ). 35 minutes later, she finally came back to take our orders but since I wasn't quite ready, she said she'd come back in 5. That 5 minutes turned into 25minutes (the restaurant was absolutely not busy & almost empty). When she finally took our orders, she apologized for the wait & explained to us that there was a situation with one of her colleagues that had to leave on ambulance (which I wonder where was the manager to help her out?? or at least why didn't they close the restaurant if they were so understaffed but I digress). It was totally not her fault but, the experience was still atrocious because of the lack of service & the food. Now, we get our meals around an hour later & what a disappointment by another employee (I believe the busboy) who took over our table. At that point we had no napkins & no utensils. I had to go grab them from another table! My niece loved her grilled cheese (which is the most important but please it was literally two slices of bread not even toasted with two slices of cold American cheese like? even for free this was absurd). My husband & I found our meals extremely underwhelming & tasteless but at that point, we just wanted to eat & get out. On a more positive note, I asked the busboy if it was possible to sing happy birthday to my niece & put a candle on her dessert & he nicely agreed! The smile on her face almost made up for this disastrous dining experience. Also, just note we came in the restaurant at around 6:30 pm & left after their closing time. I understand that something unfortunate happened that day & that it's absolutely not the employees fault but, when something happens like that & your employees are clearly not in a state to continue working & are understaffed, there's no need to keep the restaurant open if the client experience will pay the price. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially with so many better options nearby (except if you want a free kids meal on a Sunday & even then I would think twice before going there or at least be prepared to eat food that is tasteless & subpar).

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night & had such a great experience! Theo was an amazing busboy. His service was fantastic & he was super attentive throughout the night. Our waitress, Melina, was also amazing! They were both very hands-on, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed. Great service all around. We'll definitely be coming back!

Food is great but service is so slow. Even on day where it's obviously not busy, it's always slow. Instead of checking on us, our server just stay in the kitchen area, her back to the dining room & just talk to the cook.

The restaurant should retrain the staff.

OMG! If you visit Montréal I recommend you go to that place to eat. The food at this restaurant is DELICIOUS!! Their service was GREAT!! The atmosphere was GREAT!! Within the two weeks we were there we ate four times at that restaurant. The food was that good 😋🤤🤤🤤

The word you are searching for is'overrated'. My'pint' of beer was 3/4 full & that's being generous because I'm not sure I would have finished the whole pint- the worst cream ale I have had in a long long time. Burger was mid. Do not upgrade your fries to poutine unless you want your burger soaked in gravy since they can't bother to put the poutine in its own bowl. Do not recommend this place.
Two double smash (3oz patties), with sides, one soda & one pint of terrible beer came to $82 with tax & tip.

Un vendredi soir, Arrivé à 1900, la place est presque vide, la serveuse arrive 1920 a notre demande pour commander un drink …c était long le service & pas d'ambiance. Le burger était excellent par contre .

Always satisfied with the food here. If you go, you must try the tater tots, they are the best. Service was excellent.
