Whose idea was it to serve their 1/2 chicken in a bowl? Salad was buried underneath the hot chicken. Soggy salad. Messy eating experience trying to access the rice & fries buried underneath the chicken. Disappointing experience today eating my favourite Portuguese chicken.
What a terrific surprise! I wasn't sure about the place based on the way it looked from the street, but don't be fooled - their chicken is phenomenal. The young guys running the place were quite friendly & took real pride in the preparation & presentation of their food. Enjoy!
The Halloween bowl special with a sumol & nata for $15 is very tasty & affordable. Chicken was juicy & had a nice flavor. Rice was also full of flavors. Will definitely eat here again.
Their poutine express is mouth watering . Fresh , with generous chicken portion & just delicious. I have ordered twice in 1 week. It's way better than other poutines I have tried .

Amazing tasting chicken! Really good as it was super moist, juicy, & not salty but full of flavor. Very good price too! They have a seating area in the back that was clean & comfortable. Definitely worth it.

I tried their Piri piri bol with éspicy sauce & i must say that it is seriously one of the best. Chicken was juicy & well seasoned. The place has a cozy vibe & the staff are super friendly. Will definitely be coming back!
I was one of their regulars. This place was way better in the past. Their food was always fresh. They sold me old chicken that was dry, & you could tell that it was old from taste, color, & texture. This happened on multiple occasions, so I decided not to go there anymore.

I have never heard of this place & I saw a video on TikTok & decided to go try it out. The decor (table & chairs ) needs to be updated but the place was clean. Love that on wall you read about the Monteiro family. The food was delicious. The chicken sandwich was very good & the fries were amazing. Chicken was moist & well seasoned. The natas were good too. For 3 meals, bottle of Sumol & 3 natas for a total of 58$
